This is unacceptable. I pulled in this morning and there was 1 car in front of me that was already at the window. I ordered 3 large drinks. 10 MINUTES! That’s how long it took me to get 3 drinks with 1 car in front of me that should have already had their food. How is it that in a town with Burger King, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Sonic, the Sonic is the only one where you have to weigh either getting breakfast or being late to work?? One day I literally sat in a stall and waited for drinks for 30 minutes!

We got ice cream this evening. When they handed the ice cream to us, the girl stated it was a little soft. The ice cream was dripping all over like soup. My son also had a hair in his ice cream as well. If the ice cream was soupy, they should have said so when we placed our order. In all honesty I should not have taken it and payed. The worked also closed the window and pocketed my debt card, which I had to bang on and get it back. We won’t be going back anytime soon…..

Great people food is good but most of the time it’s well not hot . I like my food to be hot when I get home and well it’s not I live 4 minutes away. I’ve even pulled in and ate still just like warm . Don’t get me wrong it’s not cold or old . It’s just not hot and fresh. Love the people that work there . Just for the price or fast food nowadays I would like to enjoy it. I am only able to go out to eat like once a month if I’m lucky twice and it seems like everytime I do I totally regret it .
