Absolutely disappointed with my visits to this Sonic location! Twice I’ve been, and both times the slushy machine was out of order. Is this supposed to be the new McDonald’s experience? To top it off, the person taking our order was incredibly rude, and the car hop forgot one of our drinks. When she finally fetched it, she seemed annoyed. Not the Sonic I remember! #Disappointed #CustomerServiceFail

Ordered a large classic strawberry shake. There was more vanilla in it than strawberry. Looked like vanilla and tasted like it. The cup also had a cut in it, so the shake leaked on the side. Went back to return it and get what I ordered. They actually just put it in a new cup and gave it back to me. I asked why it looked like vanilla and the server said they would add coloring to it. Took it home and gave it to hubby. He said there were no strawberries in it like it had been in the past. Management needs cleaning up in employee service. I also witnessed him interviewing a girl and asked what her favorite superhero was and what superpower she wished she had as an application question. He also asked her what her spirit animal would be. He hired her on the spot. What is our world coming to? Bad interview equals bad customer service, which is what I saw there.

As you can see the Plain Double Cheeseburger is smashed. The Large or supposed tobe Large Honey BBQ Boneless wings are small pieces. The Medium Fry was a Small. The Large Chilli Cheese Tot was Ok and the Reese’s Blast we got were made well.

Everything was fresh tasting and the appropriate temperature. The amount of cheese put on the tots wasn’t worth the extra charge. Ice cream was less than full, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t so expensive…

This is a pretty good Sonic.. this location (Houston) always gets my order right. Sometimes you have to wait a while for your food to be delivered but that’s to be expected and it’s worth the wait for fresher food. The workers are always very friendly here also.
