We are local. I give everyone the utmost patience and support, nor do we ever complain. This has just gotten completely out of hand going here at the Laurie location. 51 minutes we sat there last night (7/22/24). Why? It became a game of just how long we would have to wait until we simply could not take it anymore. A young male employee had the competence of waiting on a young lady that parked beside us 40ish minutes into our wait and hand delivered her order, prior to even a glance at us. Obviously they knew one another. Regardless, at 48 minutes someone came on the speaker to say, “I’ll get to when I can.” Not, “I apologize for the delay.” Just no warning tonality. We are not Karen’s nor do we complain. Working around the house all evening lead to a late quick dinner with the kids. The lack of empathy of the staff and inability to simply serve means we won’t spend another penny here. There was no technical difficulty. No excuse. No other place in the area takes this long yet no other place in the area claims to be fast food?

This is the worst sonic in Missouri! I have given them chances over and over and they still suck. In the middle of my order today, the young girl puts me on hold then never gets back to me, I pushed the button and still no response. Only 1 car in the drive thru and maybe 4 in stalls, as I was one of them . After waiting 30 minutes I finally drove off. Some kind of management needs to take control of this location. I get help is hard to find as I work in the food industry but dang I’ve never seen a place as bad as this sonic

I was in drive thru and ordered small popcorn chicken and a small cheddar bites. There was 2 cars in front of me. The first one got there order. The 2nd one had multiple orders. I waited for a long while. The two cars behind me got their orders and I was still waiting. I waiter 20 minutes and gave up. The car in front me was still there when I left. Very disappointed and will not be back!!!!

No Name

Ordered 2 MEDIUM blasts, clarified when ordering three times that we wanted mediums. Got to the window and it took 20 minutes to get 2 MINI blasts. We said “these should have been mediums” the cashier said “sorry they’re mini” but still charged us for mediums, even after we told him it was wrong. Avoid this place.
