It wasn’t great. I ordered thru the app. I saw My order being delivered to another car. They never told me, I just had to wait an additional 15 minutes for another order. I had ordered a pb shake with hot fudge & banana added. I was given a shake and a hot fudge sundae. I didn’t take the sundae, because I didn’t order or pay for it. I told the carhop I didn’t order a sundae, only a shake with pb, fudge & banana. I asked if the hot fudge was in the shake & she said, “oh yeah, it’s there.” It wasn’t. Also, the shake was not cold like ice-cream should be. I placed it in the freezer at home for an hour & it never froze or set up more firm…..

Awesome awesome employees. The sweet girl at the window usually around 1030 to 1045 is amazing. I go there every morning, for a ultimate meat and cheese burrito and it never disappoints. Staff is by far the best in webb and Joplin of any fast food place around.

Sit at the drive thru for 10 mins nobody took our order pulled up to the window nobody would come to the window either. So I called them and they tell me the reason why they didn’t wait on us cus our truck was to big!!!!!! Haha it’s a f250.. never wasting our fuel on webb city Sonic again!!!!!!!
