So I placed an order for a jr double and a DP about 2 weeks ago, when I got my burger the bun was hard and the meat was old, drive thru attendant didn’t give me my receipt of course but I called back as soon as I pulled off as work only allows a 30 min lunch so I had no time to go right back spoke to a woman that day said she took my name come get replaced. I call today to verify there is a new GM Shelly a man, told him what was going on he was happy to replace, but even though it was made fresh it is full of mustard and grease and a pinkish color, blood from the Pattie’s I’ve worked at sonic almost 20 years so I am well aware what it is I tried to eat but the 2nd bite I just couldn’t stomach any longer. I hate to do this but this is not acceptable you can make someone very sick. Please do better.

How long does it take to get a large slush lemonade? 12 minutes plus 4 minutes waiting to order. I understand that you are short staffed but this wait has been the same before the pandemic. Smh they r lucky my daughter likes them.smh

My 6 year old son and I spent the day at Worlds of Fun for his birthday. After a great day, he wanted Sonic for dinner. We arrived at 9:50 pm. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the employees shut off the main light. We pulled to the drive thru. The employees refused to acknowledge or answer us in any manner. I lodged a complaint with Sonic corporate and they offered a cheeseburger to be added to any purchase. Let me get this straight, I get the lights turned out on me 10 minutes early and they make it up to me by offerIng me a cheeseburger that I can get, but only if I buy something else? Yeah, that really makes up for my inconvenience and the sad look on my 6 year old son’s face when he didn’t get his Wacky Pack. At this point, I don’t think I’ll ever spend another dollar at Sonic.

This is literally the worse Sonic I been to they are ALWAYS understaffed, they run out a lot of the main food items ppl like, like chilli, and the workers are VERY rude, that only service there friends that they know. Oh and there online orders are never available!! If u can just avoid coming here, I would!! And it’s not just been 1 time this has happened to me it’s been EVERYTIME!!

Nothing like waiting over 15 minutes for 3 shakes with only 1 other car in the parking lot with 6 employees “working.” Plus couldn’t make any blasts either because conveniently the machine was down.

They are never accepting app orders. Don’t know who the new manager is but they are going to put this location out of business. Burgers regularly dried out from setting so long. This location used to be so much better. Would rather go to quick trip than here until this get this location fixed.
