We will never eat at Piedmont Sonic again. We ordered 2 bbq popcorn chicken meals with tator tots, 3 popcorn chicken meals with onion rings, and some mot sticks… No drinks. 47 DOLLARS. I had to repeat my order 4 times.. I drive home (to van Buren) and get this. I knew I should have check our order before we left but after sitting there 30 minutes me and my 3 kids was ready to go home!!!. Never again. Very disappointed 🙁

Why does it take over half an hour to make one small shake? Seriously understaffed. Watched someone wait ten minutes then leave after no one would take his order! This place is a joke. Didn’t even make the shake right. Save your time and eat elsewhere.

I’ve been to this Sonic several times and have always had good service. My only complaint is the card readers on the order kiosks rarely work. No matter what stall I pull into, the card reader is on the fritz lol. Not a huge issue, but should be remedied nonetheless.

It took forever at around noon, to get 1 meal for my Mom, and a Slushy for myself. It was over 20 minutes.The tater tots were old at 12:00!! The cheese wasn’t even warm anymore. Everything else was in good condition. The server was very friendly, though!! So, I did tip her.

I lowered the stars do to many of the ordering screens were not working. You see many of the cars that night moving around in what looked like musical chairs from screen to screen. Though mine did work I pressed the button and no one came, I think those poor girls were short staffed. I like the food the previous time i was there but those screens are a true pain.
