Went through drive through at 6 because stalls are “closed” and was told that they were too busy to take my order with 2 cars in front of me. I politely responded “I’m sure you are because I’m not busy at all”. Won’t be going back Sonic has really gone down hill just like everybody else.

This place is so bipolar. First time I went food and service was great. The second time they LITERALLY waited on one person at a time in the drive through. I mean waited for the order and waited until the customer was done at the window before even taking the order of the next. The guy in front of me just left. The girl on the mic actually told me she wasn’t going to take my order until she was done with the customer at the window. Not even kidding. Lol. All I wanted was a chocolate sundae for my ex who has cancer and can’t have foods she must chew. The kids there are nice but horribly inefficient.

Update 7-24-23: I called their corporate number right after I left sonic two days ago and made an official complaint. They offered a free burger on the app and a sincere apology. I really hope this location changes. I used to love coming here.

Placed an app order, checked in at stall. After waiting 10-15 minutes I pressed the button to ask on the status. Was yelled at without greeting that all orders need to go through the drive-thru. Would have gladly done that in the first place if there were any signage to indicate that. I didn’t have time to wait an additional 10-15 minutes in the drive thru line, unfortunately, and had to leave, but the employee wouldn’t pick up to hear my request for a refund. If you don’t have enough employees, just close. Or put up signs to help customers know what’s expected. I totally get short staff situations but I can’t be a mind reader.

Ordered 6 classic shakes. Online through the mobile app. 30 mins later, waiting in parking lot. Still no shakes. No stall number on the monitors so I have no clue what number I’m in. I’ve seen 2 cars go through the drive thru. It’s not hard to make 6 shakes, while incredibly slow with customers. Already paid and app says no refunds for mobile orders. Never again!! Steak n shake even tops this!

We’ve been coming to this location for years, and typically have great service and great food. However, they keep changing their hours of operation and its annoying and frustrating. No signs anywhere saying what time they open or close, and no sign saying on this date we are now opening at 10 instead of 9. Better communication of hours would be great.

I have never felt more disrespected in my entire life by a FAST FOOD place. We ordered 4 shakes, all mediums, the drink carrier is pretty deep, and we have never had a problem with take them out. Now when the lids aren’t right and two explode in the car I’m a little upset. We call up and they asked us which ones. After that they tell us its our problem since they gave it to us after we showed up again! Why ask in the first place?! All they did was give us a few napkins! Wouldn’t even refund us, till my dad got upset. They were so nice to us until we showed back up, my dad felt disrespected. It was like they saw he was a veteran and then gave us napkins! My dad did get a little upset and tried to talk to them. Honestly never ask which ones if you aren’t going to do anything in the first place! The person who hung up on us (missed that part) was the manager, he was so rude and didn’t care about anything. Not to mention that Sonic was completely empty!

went to one of the stalls and was told rudely that the stalls weren’t being used and that i need to go through the drive thru, i thought it was impolite but excused it. i was meeting a friend up there and she also parked in a stall so she just hopped in my car so we left her car there, go through the drive through and when we got to the speaker we were told it’ll take another 10 minutes for us to get our order in, we were a little irritated but let it slide once again and waited. finally got our order and our food, food was fine so far so good. we pulled into a stall to eat our food thinking it wouldn’t matter if we ate there considering they weren’t using it anyway, we noticed a worker putting something on my friends car and she went to check it out, a worker then comes out and yells at her for parking her car in a stall and that if she left it she would call the cops and get both our cars towed, at that point we were insanely angry with them, considering there was not warning or polite ask to just move ours cars. we asked if they weren’t using them it why it would matter and why they wouldn’t put a sign over the stalls saying out of order. she yelled at us more and said if we kept “talking back” the cops were going to get involved, we didn’t want to deal with her so we just left. extremely rude staff and i will never be going back again. unfortunately i don’t remember the girls name but i do remember that it was a manager.
