Every time I go to this place, the car hops are extremely friendly, The service is pretty fast, and more importantly, the food is Hot and made correctly… I wish you could tip from your credit / debit card though, but that would be my only complaint. And Lord have mercy, the food gets a bit pricey, However Is there such a thing as cheap fast food anymore?? Not that I’m aware of. Anyway this Sonic restaurant has its s___ together. Would recommend Desoto Sonic to anyone.

We were given the wrong burgers. When we asked for the correct burgers that we ordered, bacon was theown on the same burgers that we had and they were given back. I asked why our order was not fixed, that our burgers did not have the correct toppings and a worker said she would check w the manager and come back. She then came back and said her manager said it should be that way. We were given the wrong food and I was offered no resolution or refund. I will not be returning.

Well it is fast food so I can’t complain too much. The food never looks like it does on the menu though. Even when the pictures clearly show two chunks of steak burger and it actually only comes with one piece of mealworm tofu looking patty with unidentifiable ingredients. Then you ask about it and they say, oh you can go off the picture they just make it look good so you buy it.

The food is good for fast food and for DeSoto fast food, way better than the local Mc Donald’s or a few others. If you are in a hurry, they can be pretty slow for a fast food place but again in comparison to other local places not terrible. The service is usually pretty friendly, the location is not too bad and close to the highway.

We went for a specific item, but took it off the menu even though it had a different item marked off on our menu, and the employee seemed aggravated that we didn’t know. We ordered something else, our server was in a rush, and was just, eh.
