Fries so old you could barely chew them. Got literally every part of our order wrong. It was three meals. 2 chicken tender dinners they didn’t put toast in one. One was supposed to be with tots and one with fries. Gave us fries on both. Then didn’t even give us the fries we ordered with the third meal. Literally the only thing that wasn’t messed up was the drinks… Then refused to answer their phone when I tried to call to say I was coming back. Needless to say I’ll check them off the list for dinner.

I ordered a corn dog with mustard and small cheddar peppers. I didn’t get the mustard and got buffalo chicken instead of cheddar peppers it took a half an hour and there was a maximum of five cars there. Ridiculous

Menu is way higher than the average car window, so ordering can be difficult. Then you have to press a button to order. My wife had to get out of the car to be able to read the menu and push the button. We ordered the combo #1. The food was delivered to our car in under 10 minutes, but checking the cheeseburgers we ordered, we found them to be room temperature rather than hot as you would expect. French fries were just okay, but had a lot of short, brown-tipped pieces. The soda included with the meal was root beer and delicious.

Full cup of ice in my Dr Pepper tonight when it obviously states no ice. Also about 90% of the time there is soda all down the side of the cup then they never have napkins on them and have to go back inside to retrieve them just so you can wipe off the cup yourself to place it in your car.

Placement of menu screen makes it difficult to read from a car. Nextdoor stall screen was easier to see and read, however did not have full menu displayed. Being Out of bacon and not posting a notice is not acceptable. At least they posted notice about restrooms.

Jordan the Manger was very polite and very helpful and the crew members/carhops where very polite and very respectful and very helpful they did a wonderful job and would definitely recommend to anyone and anybody even as a late meal or drink that the harrisburg il sonic would definitely be the place to go. Not once have I had any problems with the staff or crew there nor with them getting my food correct. The Manger Jordan definitely knows the term run it through the garden when I order certain burgers and he has definitely helped the crew to understand what that means.
