Fun and delicious! Came with the family to eat in the car on a gorgeous day out! From the person who took our order to the person who brought it out, they were super friendly! Very welcoming place. Food came out fast and tasted great. Orders were correct! The onion rings are so delicious! Shakes were thick! The kiddies loved the slushies! We had a fun dinner here and will be back!

We went right before closing. Around 11:30. We placed an order of almost $60. We rarely get Sonic so we get a little bit of everything and split. We ordered their newest steak grilled cheese. I was not impressed. The boyfriend enjoyed it though. Soft pretzel with cheese was awesome, but too salty for me and I LOVE salt. Burgers, chicken, hotdogs, fries, all fresh and delicious. The snickers caramel little treat was amazing. I am NOT a sweetsie kind of person, but this was just enough and so good I kept more for myself than the boyfriend ate. Last was the blue raspberry slushie… we added real cherry fruit, but received flavoring instead, and added NERDS candy. We didn’t think we were going to like it, but ended up wishing we bought a large instead of a small. Their fountain drinks we ordered a coke in the biggest size… 44. There is WAY more ice than coke. At least they have the good ice and we had a spare can of RC. The BBQ tatir tots were too much flavor for me. The Frito burrito was good.

Lady on the intercom perhaps was having a bad day. Only 3 cars in lot and told she’ll be with me in a few minutes. When she came on she sounded exhausted. Food came and the guy who brought it was great: smiling, attentive; a real nice guy. Food: tasted like it was over cooked/soooo hot in a microwave. Definitely disappointed again. Disappointed first time about a month ago but thought I’d give them another chance. I don’t think we’ll be going here again. Sad.

Absolutely terrible. The food is mediocre, but my daughter and I love the pretzels and cheese. The last FOUR TIMES we have ordered, they leave out the cheese, despite requesting it (even though it’s supposed to just come with it). I’ve tried calling literally all day to ask if they could make sure to include it this time, no answer. Took a chance, and again, no cheese. I wasn’t going to review, but they are still not answering the phones. Never again.

First time back at this Lockport location in about a year. I went through the drive thru to get a slushy,I ask did they still have happy hour because it’s been so long since I been to sonic.the manager on shift 6/24 Sunday at 5:57pm is the person who took my order(he said “No”). I still order a small green apple slushy. When I pulled around to the window, I noticed that theres a sign on the window that says happy hour and the time of happy hour(which is was over but I was still going to order). So I ask him did he hear my question at the speaker because I wanted to be sure.he ask me why I ask , if basically I see the sign and proceeded to close the window as I was talking which I feel was extremely rude.he was extremely dismissive of my questions and short!i made sure to be patient because I believe he was having a bad night or just hates his job. I will never go back there as long as Matt is still working there and is the manager. I followed up with corporate and will be calling the store manager in hope to get the situation rectified.

The last few times we’ve ordered, items are always missing. We drive about 25 minutes to this location, so it’s really inconvenient to get home and notice we don’t have everything. Although the food is usually delicious, the orders are just constantly incorrect, hence the 3 stars.

Terrible. My wife spend over $50 on a quick meal, we open it up and it looks like this. All 6 patty’s were burnt to a crisp, the hot dogs were rock hard, burnt and indistinguishable, the drinks barely had any taste at all (cup of melted ice). Try to call the location and they just let the phone ring. Call corporate and they just say they will investigate.

We went late around 11:30 pm, I hate doing that because I worked in the service industry forever, anyway we were going to order those super delicious sonic blasts. and had a feeling that because it was so slow and late that the machines may be down, which they were, but this wonderful young lady that was working that night, I believe her name was Brooke, went above and beyond and did something she did not have to do at all, and still made them for us, she literally made my night. It has been the worst week ever so thank you Brooke you are amazing, but I’m sure you know this already my dear, thank you again.
