So awful we had 3 burgers all were charred to where they all thought they had bacon on them but only one actually did the patties were just that burnt.. I got Chilli cheese fries a large size thw order came my thing was half full like if I wanted a medium I would’ve saved money and got a medium the Chilli was so burnt it was black dark dark brown not to mention the app wouldn’t work so we pushed the call button a woman walked out immediately started almost yelling at me they don’t deal with the app and the drive up area was not going to happen to go through drive through she yelled that she was sending her crew home right then and I had a big order.. it was 3 burger meals and kids corn dog..

Just like the other Sonic’s I’ve been to, service was terrible. They had a total of 3 cars including us in the car hop spots and yet they never answered us after we pressed the red button. We waited over 10 minutes and left. We saw cars arriving after us and going through the drive thru and leaving while we waited. So save your self some time and stay away.

They couldn’t hear me clearly. I told them No I didn’t want a chocolate 2-3 times. Then they forgot to put a double bacon cheeseburger in the bag. The business was slow and lobby locked, so i honestly thought they were out of business. I was surprised I heard a voice. This wasn’t the first bad experience with sonic. Again I don’t know how they heard chocolate shake, maybe they wanted one ‍♂️

The lady on drive thru was very rude. I told her my order a couple of times and she said she had trouble hearing me. So I spoke up. Then the lady decided to raise her voice at me and yell at me through the speaker. Don’t ask someone to speak up if you don’t want them to actually speak up. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be nice, simple as that.
