While I was there I watch the employees eat food, draw on them self’s and acting like a fool. I wanted for 20min for my food. My ice cream came first and was melted by time I got to my motel rm. (2mi away). My onion rings was hard as a rock and burnt. I’m a assistant manager at a fast food joint and what they was doing I would be yelling at them. SMH .

Never been to a sonic before, and I was hoping that people were just overhating on the franchise. We tried to order at the pull in spot but nobody answered or anything. We knew it wasn’t closed because we saw people getting food here and there, we ended up waiting half an hour before saying screw it and went to Wendy’s. If this is something all sonics do, I will live a very nice life without ever knowing what sonic food tastes like.

I don’t normally order food because it is always sub par. I get drinks specifically through the app to receive the 1/2 off discount which are always good. Ordered ahead food for my daughter and I and was disappointed again. All of our food was cold. Cheese wasn’t melted on our burgers and the pickle fries were inedible. Pretty dissatisfied that I spent $3 on pickle fries that were so gross we threw them away. We live 3 min away so I don’t know why the food was cold. Won’t be ordering food again.

Ordering drinks through the app and getting them for half price is a good deal. However, I always order extra ice and don’t get it very often. At this visit, the server wasn’t sure which drink was diet and which was regular.

Last night we tried ordering online on the way to Jasper for at least 40 minutes and it wouldn’t let us checkout. We arrived there at 9:40pm, pressed the red service button and was told he would be right with us. After 15 minutes the red light button turned off so I pressed it again and it started flashing. A server came out to take food to another customer. I told him we had been waiting and never was waited on. His response was, “Oh” He went inside and the lights all shut off. This isn’t any way to run a business or gain customers. I would have rather left zero stars but it was not an option.

This is so disappointing. You guys started off so well. The picture is of what was put into my order. I wish I could say this was the first time but it’s the 3rd time my onion rings have been cold and in pieces. Guys please do better. Put in the same effort you started with.

I put in a mobile order for two drinks. I arrived maybe 2 minutes after placing the order, and checked in on the app. It was afternoon, and the place was busy. Only one carhop was working. This Sonic is terribly understaffed. After about 15 minutes, my screen said my carhop was on their way. I was still waiting after other people were leaving. One truck pulled in and said he had a mobile order, and his food was brought out. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks, and I was the only car left in the lot. I had to get out of the car to tell the carhop I had been waiting for 30 minutes for my drinks. He said he knew where they were and brought me two watered down drinks. Clearly my small “easy” order was cleared off of the screen before it was brought out so numbers would look more decent, and my order was forgotten about. I am very understanding that food service is very demanding, but there’s no excuse to not have checked with me just sitting in a stall when the carhop passed my car multiple times staring at me and seeing me waiting for that extensive amount of time knowing I hadn’t been brought an order.

First time at this Sonic. Every stall was full, and the driver thru was nearly wrapped around two sides of the building. We still managed to get our drive thru order in a timely manner. Not too bad!
