This place is in desperate need of a remodel. The inside “dining area” is very run down looking and dirty. Floors were sticky, tables looked like they had been cleaned with dirty water, walls were dirty looking. I stood at the counter longer than what should be expected while an employee who I believe may have been a manager was in the dining area on a laptop. She finally assisted me and I placed my order. I noticed the dollar amount was off. When I questioned it, she said the prices had changed. I pointed to the multiple window decals that showed the price of one of the items I ordered. She said she knew and that corporate had even just sent them in. She never offered to adjust the price and I didn’t push the issue. It’s a shame, the food used to be decent for fast food but this time it left much to be desired. I don’t believe I’ll be going back again anytime soon.

I stoped in to get a plain double cheese burger and a large fry for my grandson, he was happy with your food. My problem was with the poorly designed awning at the drive through window it was raining and soaked my order. It was like picking the order up in a car wash!!! I think the health department needs to know about this.

My rare one star review. I’m still in shock and awe at how bad this experience was. First visit to a Sonic. Not the last visit, but certainly the last at this location. Speed of service was good enough. Got in my parking spot and mobile order was brought out to me in 5-10 minutes. The first problem was that no straws, spoons or napkins were in the bag when I had both a drink and a shake. I constantly am flabbergasted that these simple things are forgotten at any fast food place. Anyways, had to go up to the window to get them. Annoyance. Second problem is that this was some absolutely horrendous food. Impressively horrendous, fam. Nothing was up to temp and nothing was beyond lukewarm. The burgers were extremely bland and I now know what people are talking about when they describe food as “rubbery”. The burger buns…. unbelievably rubbery. Almost like they had been sitting for days. So that’s it. Won’t be back, would never recommend it to anyone ever. Note to the owner: Don’t bother with the follow-up comment to this review asking me to follow a link. I won’t be doing it. Just learn from these multiple negative reviews and better strive to run a quality food establishment. Appreciate it.

The past few weeks I’ve been waiting for my order, I’ve noticed a newer worker constantly being asked to leave work early even tho they seem to be low on workers those days… And I’m pretty sure I’ve only seen her work 2 days each week. It it took forever to get my order which I’m sure wouldn’t of happened if they would of had more people working and not sending their employees home.

My food is always cold. I sent my cheese sticks back because when she handed me the bag, I dug in for one took a bite and the cheese was so cold it came out the breading In one piece slapped my face it was ridiculous I immediately ask them to do them again and the same thing happened. The deep fryer showed have made them hot enough where the cheese was melted. That was not the case. Please fix this problem I’ve asked around and everyone I asked about sonic says they are not good at making cheese Stix told me to go to Arby’s so that’s where I’m going
