Went and ordered a drink sat in line for 20 minutes gave her my credit card she swiped it one time came back and told me it didn’t work sorry asked for a manager she got rude brought the manager over the manager had a p*ss poor attitude as well went back and “manually typed” the card in came back in 10 seconds with my drink and my card I apologized for my inconvenience and they kept being rude. Tear the place down this happens every time. It’s never been a 2 star place. Not in Springfield. The employees are trash! Starting with the manager.

We spent 43.00 for a family of 4 for lunch. Apparently, the cheeseburgers are 5.00 a piece, and we got 4 them. The tater tots and fries tasted bad. Like they had been rewarmed, but they were barely warm. The drinks were full of ice, so we barely had any pop. Doubt we return, as it was too expensive and the food quality wasn’t great.

Waited in the car hop for fifteen minutes before going through the drive thru. No signs posted letting customers know that the car hop wa closed. Food was barely edible as the chicken was old and chewy.
