I went to the Sonics on Brandt Pike, orders an #6 and # 13 with fries and tater tots and 2 shakes waited for about 10 mins and received cold food.

Its really sad how bad this place has gotten. You cant hardly ever just pull up anymore. Last few times we went we were told we had to go to the drivethru. Orders are always wrong, always out of onion rings, Used to be a great experience with car hops and all but this one ….not so much.

Food is good, service is good, but they don’t seem to have any lights. If there were not cars in the drivethru and the patio, we would have no idea it was even open. Also, it isn’t safe. I would recommend just not going after dark until they fix their lights

I went to this location just to get a couple shakes. I would highly recommend the caramel shake. They were out of the chocolate the day that I came. But they did have the fudge which I end up getting that instead. My only gripe was that I was four cars back and it took a little bit. But the staff was polite at a very apologetic. But I still would recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered a the bacon cheeseburger toaster because it had an onion ring on it. Guess what it didn’t have on it. The girl at the window must have been a mute. Never said a single word. Do better or go home.

Parked to order two drinks and was told that we have to go through the drive thru. We only wanted to order drinks. Don’t have parking spots to order if you won’t let customers use it.

Not sure what’s going on with this Sonic but, service here sucks. Why have an app to order ahead when no one brings your order out to you? Waiting over 20 minutes. Then Went to the drive thru to see what was going on and had to wait another 20. If you don’t have enough people working to accommodate then you should turn off the app for Huber Hts. And just run the drive thru.
