I can’t recall a time I’ve had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. After a 40 min wait, over half the items ordered for my family were wrong or missing. I buzzed back in and explained what was missing and what was wrong. At this time all but 2 cars in the lot had been fulfilled and left. After 15 min, nothing had happened. I asked to speak with the manager. When she arrived, I explained what was missing and what was wrong. She took my reciept and said they would fix it and refund my money as well. 5 min later that manager left the restaurant. About 10 min later, some food was brought out, the same mistakes were made and some other random food was added to the bag. When I talked with the other manager, I was told that they were short staffed and my refund had been processed. They were unable/unwilling to give me my receipt back, or generate a new one. If I wanted they would start making the missing items, but it would be about 30 min as they were short staffed. By this time, my family was the only customers and we had been waiting over 1.5 hours. I decided to leave. It has been 14 days, no refund ever appeared on my card.

Edit: called the number provided. A month ago. Was assured we would be called back by the regional manager. Never got a call back. Called again on 6 separate occasions, and each time was assured we would be called back. Reported the to the BBB. They didn’t even give a response to that. Will NEVER go back to Sonic. Deleting the app. Done.

Spent $9.41 on a medium chocolate shake that was a sloppy mess with chocolate all over the cup & my husband didn’t want it after trying to eat about 1/3 of it cause he said it didn’t taste like chocolate. Went to wash it down the sink and it was all vanilla. My small banana shake was practically nothing but whip cream…which also got washed down the sink. Most definitely was almost $10 wasted.

Barb is fabulous! We went late at night and she reopened the icecream machine for us. She also told us that if we ever went at night and they told us it wasn’t open, to tell them Barb said to reopen it! She was the only person working that night and so positive and welcoming! We LOVE Barb!!

10 minutes for a drive through order then they forgot the tater tots so I went back to get them. Went to the drive thru at 2pm on a Sunday. I got half our order in then noone was listening to the drive thru I said hello a few times then I pulled up to the window and there was a lot of confusion. It got sorted out but then we waited for food at the window. The foot took a long time but was hot and fresh. I went back to get the tater tots that didn’t make it in the bag. It’s good food but not real fast.
