We’ve tried giving this sonic chance after chance because our options are limited in Scottsville. But after today. I don’t think we will be back. I thought my chili dog was tasting funny and looked at the hot dog and it’s gray and spotted. I don’t think I could feel more nauseous.

Got both a lukewarm burger and lukewarm mozzarella sticks. The cheese inside was solid and would come out in a hunk leaving an empty fried shell. My parents told me not to give the sonic here a chance because they had it and the food was cold and old but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had the same experience. I thought surely their experience was just a fluke but it wasn’t. I don’t want anyone reaching out to me about this because trying to redeem free coupons or a remake order is embarrassing. Maybe older food could be tossed sooner/not sit somewhere it can get cold. If you have a heat chute where ready orders sit until they are taken out it is not working properly. I used to work fast food and I didn’t let food like this go out. Stuff is expensive enough right now as it is without having to deal with it being bad quality too.
