I pulled into stall #4 at 4:30 pm to order drinks. Waited 15 minutes no one took my order. I thought the stall may be broken, so I moved to stall #5. Pressed the button and waited, still no answer. I called and they said they would be taking my order soon, waited longer and still nothing. So I left, called and asked to talk to the manager. His name was Ethan, he was very rude and unprofessional! Had no explanation or even care. I asked for the GMs info. Called her. Her name is Joann. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I explained the whole ordeal to her and she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and dismissed what I was saying, stating that’s not how they do things. I explained to her that I am not asking for anything free and it doesn’t hurt my pockets, but it hurts hers. And as a fellow business owner I only wanted to bring it to her attention. Now I wish I hadn’t, given her attitude. I have spent money here for drinks nearly daily for 3 years, I will never spend another dime here bc of her attitude. Her employees were leaning on tables, laughing, and not tending to order and instead of her looking into it, she immediately had an attitude and cut me off in the middle of my sentence. I will be contacting her upper management as well !

This Sonic on Nashville Road has very nice servers. The food came out fast (not a very busy night) and the ice cream blast was thick and delicious. Tots are always good here and everything was as described for Sonic food. Hard to get out of parking lot during peak times.

The food was good but u asked for no onions and every time I get a sandwich from sonic there is onions that ate mixed with the lettuce. I hate onions and if i was say allergic to onions I could have gotten a bad reaction. Here is a simple solution move the onions to another slot on the cold table. Unfortunately at every sonic this happens every time. That was the first trip to sonic in years because of the onion issue its every freaking time. This will be the last time I eat at sonic for another decade. Easy fix move the fucimg onions and make sure your employees change there gloves and wash there hands. As u said this happens every freaking time at every sonic u have ebmver been to and it us ridiculous.

My bf and I always have issues trying to order on the app!! Most often we lose out on the 1/2 price slushes and no employee is able to help because it’s an app issue and they don’t really have any access or power over that and I understand. This Sonic’s Manager or Manager on Duty came out to our vehicle, apologized for the app issue and acknowledged it messes up from time to time. THEN he took our order and worked it out so we would get the same discount had the app been working. Simple. I am so sorry I did not get his name but thank you kind sir. Our food came out fresh and hot and our slushes were wicked good (and half price )!! I’ll travel across town just to come to this Sonic from now on.
