I love sonic, but have been consistently disappointed in this location. I have used the sonic app for years to order my drinks half off all the time. This location routinely turns off app ordering due to being short staffed. If you ask for the half off to be honored you get questioned about when you tried to order on the app. Most of the stalls are broken when you go. Even when you can place an order, it takes forever to get one drink. Stopped by today and tried to go through the drive through as my vehicle is too big to fit in the stall, and was told the drive through was closed also due to being short staffed. I think this sonic location is in dire need of some new management.

Food quality has dropped considerably lately. I got a footlong coney. The bun was a little hard and not fresh. In fact, it was not even a footlong bun. They put 2 normal hot dog buns together. Quality has dropped since they stopped using secret shoppers to keep tabs on them.

Took my wife and daughter there to get ice cream. I got a butterfinger blast. But it had zero butterfinger in it. So in other words they decided I just needed a vanilla shake. My daughter got a cookie dough blast but it also had zero cookie dough in it. My wife’s hot fudge sundae was a melted mess. And we waited almost 20 minutes for this. I’ll never go back. I’ll stick with DQ from now on

After 10 minutes of waiting, I was told to go through the drive-through. After 10 more minutes, they told me that they didn’t have coffee ready at 8 AM. I drove off. Half of the stalls are broken so that’s fun too.
