The food was warm. Fries were oily. Honey mustard tasted like yellow mustard. Kids chicken strips one of the two was so hard my daughter could not eat it. Popcorn chicken and chicken sandwich were good. Hamburger was not good.

Brand new drive-thru, but they don’t bother to take your order. Finally drove up to the window and saw 3 people inside, 1 was screaming and hollering and flirting with the male worker. The other female stood there confused. She came to the window and spouted off some total for which I told her I hadn’t ordered yet. So she shut the window and yelled that someone drove off, while I’m still waiting to order. Finally got my order. There is no “shake” to their milkshakes. It’s watery flavored milk. No consistency. They need more employees, or at least some that want to work. Service and food was bad before the reconstruction, but I thought it would improve after. It has not. That was my last trip to this Sonic.

10 months later I’m here to update my review. This is easily the worst Sonic in the entire franchise. They never get orders right. They don’t know the Sonic menu. Just close the entire location and try a new one.

If you were to ask me how I felt about Sonic a year ago, I would have given him five stars no questions asked. The food was good especially their grilled cheese double burgers and her mozzarella sticks. And if there ever was problems with my food they were genuinely quick to fix it and didn’t cause any further trouble. As of Sunday though I feel insulted to even give them this one out of five. The weight was atrocious despite not many cars being out there. It was 30 minutes before I even got my food and that was with me placing in the order onthe app. After I left I checked my food only for to be done completely wrong, so wrong in fact that it included stuff that wasn’t even options to be customizable on. I bought some grilled cheese double burgers and we’re in the kitchen wasn’t told that lettuce shouldn’t be on their period it isn’t an option by default it isn’t even a topping. Speaking on toppings it had yet had just about everything on top of it on there for whatever, even though I ordered plain. So naturally I went back told him I order was wrong this time vocally so there wouldn’t be any problems understanding when I wanted and waited another freaking 30 minutes. This time I checked before I left but only for the burgers to have a ketchup and onions. Otherwise, not plain. I’m not sure if it was the workers first day on a job and knowing this to be the last day they had to cook that thing, but it is terrible practice to serve food to your customers and not bother to double check to be sure that everything’s all right cuz it’s one thing that the customer makes mistake on their order but it’s something else when the restaurant themselves makes and problem messes it up twice.

We did a mobile order for 2 drinks (slushie with nerds) We waited for over 20 minutes for our drinks. We pushed the button to talk to someone, and the guy was very rude. It was not busy, so there was no reason for a 20 minute wait. We finally asked a girl who was bringing food out to other cars who showed up after we did, if she could check on our drinks.

This was the best sonic I have ever been too. I got mozz sticks and a burger and it came out in less than 5 minutes and it was delicious easily the greatest sonic I have ever been too

Sonic is always good, most of the time. My last few rimes, the speakera, in which u place your order are turned up so loud, I can’t even understand. Then they rush you out of your order. I feel like I’m bothering them when I come here. Customer doesn’t seem to be number one. At least the stall I pulled into worked.

Absolutely pointless trip. Most stalls have broken screens, some even have a piece of paper over the screen telling you to press the red button. After my 4th attempt at a stall I pressed the red button, and the person couldn’t hear me yell. How do you make sales if you don’t have the infrastructure in place? Sonic was broken…the whole restaurant, so I left.

Been sitting here waiting for at least 30 minutes for 2 shakes and a bag of ice! Then, after waiting all that time the manager comes over and says they’re ice cream machine is broken! Could you not have told me this sooner?!?!?Service at this location always takes forever!

Would give negative stars if possible. This place is always slow and never gets my order right but tonight is the crowning achievement. Been sitting here waiting for 30 mins and still don’t have my order. Which is only drinks and ice cream. Management needs to be fired so that someone with a brain can get this place in order. The 3 teenagers working on Friday night can’t be blamed.
