The General manager was so welcoming. I have never had such a good experience in drive thru during breakfast hours anywhere ,like this but she was amazing . She answered all my questions my food was perfect it was fast and made exactly how I asked . I know managers in fast food get very busy so the fact that she took my order took time to help me with menu items and made my difficult order -exactly how I asked -was above and beyond for fast food service !!! I’ll definitely make sonic part of my morning routine now . Thanks for employing wonderful employees like her to make our mornings so enjoyable.

I really can’t give feedback on anything after we placed our order, because we never got our food. After waiting 30 minutes, and seeing multiple cars being served that came after we had ordered, we left. Thank goodness we were paying cash.

I’ve tried eating here 5 times in two weeks. I’ve sat in stalls for 15-20 minutes with no answer. Went one day and the drive thru was just blocked off with a box. Came by another time and the ice cream machine was down for cleaning at 8pm on a Friday. Tried a mobile order thinking maybe if we ordered ahead it would be quicker. Wrong. This place isn’t gonna last long at this rate.

Went through the drive thru, ordered only drinks. A limeade and a Cheesecake shake. Limeade was good, shake was good, but couldn’t drink through the straw. They use paper straws, that don’t have much of an opening. Good for regular drinks, not good for shake. Went back around to get a bigger straw, she gave me a plastic one, yet wasn’t any wider to be able to drink the shake.

I love sonic. It is my favorite chain, but this one is awful. They have screwed up every time I have ordered from them and the service is horrible it took them over an hour to make my order today (2 mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken, and a shake) after waiting all that time half the order was missing and the half I did have was awful tasting. Will not be going back.

You can never go wrong with the chili cheese tots and a nice slushy! Best thing ever is having your food delivered to your car where you can enjoy your food but they also have a nice outdoor setup for those days when you want to eat outside and enjoy the day.

You literally advertise a Pink Lady drink and then tell us you don’t know what that is. I tell you how to make the drink and you still managed to get it wrong. We waited 36 minutes to be given the wrong food. We were the only car there!!! My husband got a supersonic burrito that was 90% just jalapeños. Ashland Sonic is the WORST experience we’ve ever had.
