I went thru the drivethru at the Hebron Sonic and got a Chili Dog combo. After I got my food and started eating, I discovered there were no napkins with my food. Shame on someone at Sonic. Fortunately, I had extra napkins in the car.

This is the worst location I have ever had an experience that the few times that I have been here they’ve always got my food. Wrong service has been slow or non-existent. I’ve even had one guy charge me $10 for a single breakfast burrito. And then today just ordered the same burrito that I was charged $10 for. Got it for 5 but the burrito was the wrong one after I told the lady at the drive-thru five times what I wanted.

The shakes and Sonic Blast were awesome … per the kids. I enjoyed the french fries and my husband had a double bacon burger… very good. We used the drive through and the team was great. Very good.

Unfortunately this was my first time at sonics I was very disappointed the food is disgusting I ordered a footlong quarter pound chili dog, 1st it was not a quarter pound dog it was 2 regular hot dogs in a footlong bun, these poor hot dogs tasted as if they had sat in hot water the whole day just simply awful also got chili cheese tater tots also a real let down only thing worth getting was my Coke zero. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again. Sad because I know so few places to get a worth while chill dog open after I get off work. I only leave 1 star for the food because I can’t leave zero. Do better Sonic.

The window service fella was so polite and conscientious. He wiped the dribble off of our drink cups off! BUT they forgot bf’s chili fries and they were not that great. The burgers were still delicious! No carhops…

My husband and I go to this Sonic at least once every other week. Casey (team leader) is the BEST! He is always so efficient, professional, friendly, and helpful. We recently moved to Burlington, KY and have been to many other Sonic restaurants in the past, and we both agree that Casey is the best team leader we have met.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes being the only car there and our food still wasn’t fresh. My wife’s burger had nothing on it and my wings hardly had any sauce on them. Spent $20 on food that was old and made incorrectly. Won’t be going back here.
