I just picked up my order from sonic, my jumbo popcorn chicken is old, and looks like it has been rewarmed. It’s mainly fried breading and no chicken. My fries have also been rewarmed.

For a while you could only order using the app so I quit going to this location. No that you can order at the stalls again I am going back. They need to clean the glass on the stalls. It has sticky tape backing all over it where they taped signs up where you could not order at the stalls. Food is good order is usually correct. On the rare occassion they do get it something wrong. Fries need ketchup you never give any.

We ordered lunch around 12 and they had missed our sauce on our mobile order. So I pressed the button and asked for the sauce, I knew I was gonna have to pay for it which didn’t bother me. I asked for it and the lady on the stall said she packaged my order so it’s in there, and I said well I’m looking in there and it’s not there so just ring me up for some more. She continues to say that it’s in there, and we’re like well it’s not in there so just ring us up some more and she just goes silent and rings it up and then we pay and they bring us out less than what we paid for so we just took what they gave us and left. Only reason we didn’t call for a manager was because she was already at another car horrible sonic and probably won’t be back.

I ordered a cherry and hot fudge milkshake, and when I got it it was just hot fudge. I asked them to remake it, and the girl working there rolled her eyes. The milkshake I received back was an absolute mess and melted.

I placed an order on the app, which was incorrect as usual at this location. I paid for my order on the app as well. First, she dropped my drink on the way to the vehicle, no problem, accidents happen. Yet, she had to deliver 3 more orders and pick up several more to deliver when she went back in to get my drink, so getting my drink took another 15 mins. After she left to “go replace my drink”, I noticed my sandwich wasn’t made correctly and I had been charged 60 cents extra, so I wanted to have it remade. Since it was taking her awhile to return to my vehicle I went to the door to explain to someone about my sandwich. They told me they would be happy to remake it, but the app doesn’t charge to add tomato, so I would have to pay and additional 20 cents. This is crazy!! I had already paid for my meal and you made it incorrectly, so now you are up charging me to make it correctly! I am not opposed to paying for my food the way I want it, but why doesn’t the app coincide with the location I’m at. Furthermore this location does it with condiments as well! I have had to pay more than what the app charged me several times in order to get my food! Yet, for weeks/months, they had signs on every stall, ORDER ON APP OR DRIVE-THRU ONLY! If you want me to order from the app, why are you charging me additional money. So far, this is the ONLY location that has ever done this to me! Someone needs to look into this!
