Tried pulling into a stall and my vehicle was too tall to get into the parking spot. I don’t even have a lifted vehicle or a big work van or nothing. The only people who can pull into these spots are people in cars and people in lowered trucks. Do better sonic.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered an ice cream cone. When I received said ice cream, it looked completed dirty around the cone. Brown stains all over the cone. I asked for a new one. They said they were out. I said okay put it in a cup. Another lady came out and handed me a receipt and said she voided my payment. Just bad in general. I do not recommend this sonic.

I arrived at Sonic and pushed the red button about 10-12 minutes before close. Had the employees just told me they were closing and couldn’t serve me, I’d have understood. Really. I get wanting to go home, not staying late over one order.

I pressed the button, and an employee came over the speaker and was very rude. She instantly said “hold on a minute.” At first I didn’t realize she was talking to me, so I replied my order. She said “ma’am you’re going to have to wait till I get back inside.” I just said I would leave. If the employees aren’t ready to take the order then don’t answer the call? I know how the answering the red button goes. This is very rude and unprofessional.
