Really disappointed with sonic in Ellisville! First off when I placed the order the person that took my order was very rude . I said I wanted a cheesecake shake instead of cheesecake blast and they rudely said they didn’t have it which was fine I get it I work in a restaurant business I know how customers can get but I really wasn’t trying to catch an attitude back . He/she never called my order back out or nothing . It took at least 30 mins to get my order which was fine we were having an outing with the kids so it was nice to just have them tell their story’s in the car . Our order finally came I left a 5 tip all tho the person was extremely rude .. Start going through our food realized we had fries missing so I called it in and told them . Well the person ended up coming to the car apologizing saying he won’t let me bring fries out you will have to buy it which we got it with our kids meal.. I asked her who took our order and I explain to her how the person was acting and she told me it was the manger so I’m like okay whatever so I ended up what’s 30 more minutes gonna hurt to wait for some fries .. I paid for my fries and left the girl an 20 tip she was the sweetest person .. I deal with enough rude people at my job I sure don’t wanna take my kids out and pay for it as well ! Mangers y’all have to do better !
