Big Red Agee
If I didn’t have to do a star, they wouldn’t have gotten this. The employees at this location were terrible. Their attitude is crazy. We order 2 sodas and they couldn’t even get that correct. Finally after getting the soda they were so weak and terrible that we threw in the trash. I see why this location ain’t busy their service is terrible. I barely stop there anyways, but if it the lord willing I will not never stop there again.

Ordered 35 dollars worth of food and only got 1 order of cheese sticks and 2 pretzels, 3 med drinks. No order of onion rings they said they did not have any,they were out when she brought the order out. No refund. Horrible service. We were there for 45 minutes and I had to call the store. Also missing an order of cheese sticks. I do not recommend this place at all. Deeply unsatisfied.

I’m really not one to write bad reviews, but this place is trash. The bathroom ks not kept up at all. Strong urine smell and cigarette butts everywhere. I presses the button to order and after 5 minutes it got cancelled. Went to a different stall and same result. Ordered on the app. After 30 minutes I had to call them to tell them about my order and they said it would be right out. I ordered 3 drinks, onion rings, 1 pretzel and 2 mozzerella sticks. Gave me 1 mozzerella stick and told me “we ain’t got no onion rings.” Didn’t even bother to replace it with something else or refund me that part of the order.

Management is absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 drinks at a time that was not busy in the slightest and there were two other cars who also ordered drinks. We waited thirty minutes before going and getting our own drinks out of the facility after already tipping in the app. The workers were very nice and understanding and I offered to help run drinks before being yelled at by the manager who only schedules two workers and clearly does not do his job efficiently. If the owner is not aware I do hope he or she takes initiative to take care of this. If he or she is aware then they have hired a manager who follows the same inefficient procedures.

Me and my wife and kids waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order today and no one ever took it. The whole time we was waiting there was 5 sonic employees sitting outside right in front of our car laughing and hollering at people. I love sonic but the sonic in Magee has went down hill and I probably won’t be back there for a while.

This place needs help with customer service! I ordered ice cream! A person that pulled in after us got their food before I got my ice cream?! When I asked what’s going on, I was told, ” We just put ice cream back into the machine.” Never coming back to this location ever! I’ll go to another Sonic before I ever come back here again! Improvements needed quickly!

Pulled into a stall and pressed the button, after several minutes heard a crackling from the speaker and after a couple more minutes decided to go through the drive thru. Ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and other items. One grilled cheese was made with the heel from the texas toast and both sandwiches were NOT grilled, just melted butter on the bread. Upon returning to the window for an exchange 3 different people came over to ask what was the matter and finally one girl said “I guess she wants it EXTRA grilled.” We pulled into a stall and were told they would bring it out, which never happened and we had to call to ask again. What kid is going to eat a heel?? Isn’t there a rule about not using that part of the bread??

Ordered on the mobile app, got to the sonic and checked in. Waited 5 minutes after my scheduled time and then hit the call button. Waited another 5 minutes before anyone answered. I asked if they had received my mobile order because the app was acting weird. They were real short answering “we got it” and hung up. Waited another 30 minutes before hitting the call button again, they answered like I was there to order. They asked for my name and said it would be right out. Couple more minutes and they bring it out. All the food was luke warm and tasted stale, the ice cream was melted, and overall terrible experience. Wish I wouldn’t of tipped in the app before hand…

We decided to go to sonic tonight. The lights were dim, but we still went because it usually closes about 12am. We pulled up and pushed the button to order and no one answered or replied that they were closed or anything else. There were a crowd of young people, who was parked on the other side talking and parked crazy. One worker exited the inside and looked at us and the other car, who was waiting, too. This is terrible business. No service, no response. We left and don’t think that we will ever return to this Sonic, in Magee.

Pressed the button twice and it went off each time after 5 minutes with no answer. Tried the drive thru and no answer there either. Terrible service and we were not the only car leaving due to waiting for a long time. I recommend going next door for food.
