I ordered food via DoorDash and this place couldn’t even bother to read my order. $18 for a combo and I get a burger I cannot eat. I’m allergic to onions and I’m lactose intolerant. I only ever have pickles and tomato on my burger. NO cheese, NO onion and NO lettuce. Exactly what my order states. Twice now they’ve done this. I will get food elsewhere unless I’m in town. Then I’ll go to the Grants Ferry location, at least they get my order right. Smh…

This is what a Super Sonic Burrito look like now. Thiswas the worse burrito ever. This was definitely not worth $5. I’ve gotten better Jr. burritos than this. When I picked up the bag, it felt as though it was nearly empty. When I got to work and opened it; I was totally disappointed! You guys have to know this is not worth the money.

I never leave bad reviews, simply because I work in the food business and I know how things can be but one star is too much. I placed an online order around 10:00, an hour before they closed. I arrived around 10:20 to pick the order up. I sat at the intercom for 7 minutes before I was greeted with “sorry we are closed we closed early tonight ” I explained to the lady that I placed an online order and If they were closed early that I needed to get my money back because I spent $40. A young lady came out side and told me that in order to get my money back I would need to go on the sonic app and wait 4 days for my refund, or I could call flowood sonic and have them make it. WORST mistake of my life they informed me that I could get a refund instantly and that they would not make my food. It took an hour and a half after two managers argued on MY cellphone to just get a refund like I needed the first time. There was one lady that did help me and refund my money but that was after she argued with another store instead of just giving me a refund in the first place. 0/10 highly do not recommend. The flowood store manager actually told me his name was Noah and he or his manager Lisa would make my food and we could figure it out . I will never again eat sonic.

Just got 2 Medium Sonic Blasts, and both cups were only halfway filled up, the mixed in ingredients were just put on top. When I put the spoon in one it, there turned out to be even less ice cream and just empty cup. This is a rip off!

I don’t believe these people could poor water out of a glass if the instructions was on the bottom. I ordered a #2 with jalapeños, tots with cheese, large diet Dr Pepper. Got regular Dr Pepper, tots no cheese, and a burger that taste nothing like SONIC normally taste. I know it’s hard to get good help these days but this is ridiculous….

Can’t express enough how great of an experience I had this evening at Sonic on Spillway Rd. I arrived 2 min before close, and I apologize for that. However, Alexis went above and beyond. She did not make me feel rushed, and it is rare to find customer service at her level. Not only did she ensure quality service for myself, but she also served the guest behind me who arrived a minute or two after the closing time. Alexis truly values the customers and she illustrated that this evening. Also, I must note the food was in fact very hot and tasty! To be honest, the food could’ve been sub par, and I still would’ve been happy due to the generosity and professionalism shown by Alexis and the rest of the staff. Way to go, Sonic! I will definitely be back more often, and it won’t be right before closing time! Thank you all for your dedication and hard work. As I customer, I can’t express how much I appreciate your service.

Worst service, terrible food with little to no care. The manager was there too, that makes things even more annoying. This is like beyond getting an order wrong. Little to nothing was right. And the service was so rude. Will never, ever, under any circumstance go back to this place.

Absolutely disappointed, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster like I usually do, but when it was ready I noticed it didn’t have the onion ring on it how it’s supposed to. I ask them why it didn’t and they tell they had to make more, now why they didn’t do that before is beyond me but I’ll never come here again, completely dissatisfying.
