At least 10 or more of the stalls are broken with out of order signs. After going to one stall (with no sign saying it was broken, but it was) I went to another that worked, but the screen was out so they HAD to take the card in for payment. I went at lunch time so expected a wait, but not 20 minutes just to order & another 20 for food. ( Also, I tried to order on the app & the Senatobia location is marked as closed on the app.) They have hand written signs up that say “This stall works…be patient please.” So that tells you they have gotten lots of complaints. Do better Sonic.

More than often they be out of ice cream, one day only take cash, then another day only credit and a lot of their booths are damaged. This visit the girl who took my order was snappy and rude, cutting me off before I could finish my order. They need a serious upgrade!

This sonic is terrible. None of the stalls work and they constantly mess food up! My sister has been at sonic for over 35 minutes now just WAITING for food. Y’all this is getting ridiculous. The servers are always sweet and i don’t think it’s their fault.
