Last night we went to this location around 9:50. We had ordered using the app, so when we got there, we checked in with the app. On the app, it would not allow us to continue our order unless we unselected BBQ sauce for our chicken strip meal so we did. We get our meal, and as expected, no BBQ sauce so we ordered it using the speaker. They initially wanted to change us but after telling them several times that we tried ordering it using the app, they brought some out free of charge. The car hop handed it to me, and I just put it in the bag and drove home. Upon arriving home and opening the bag to eat our supper, we discovered the car hop gave us syrup rather than BBQ sauce; one of our sandwiches was not dressed correctly and the last sandwich looked as though they dropped everything from five feet and wherever it landed on the sandwich, it landed. When you order from the app, it prints out detail by detail what the menu item should entail. They didn’t even try it seems.

Super slow service, definitely under staffed. Ordered ahead through the App 10 minutes before my arrival for just a regular Slush. Pulled into a spot, checked in and waited another 10 minutes before eventually leaving frustrated

I’d give it 5/5 but the last few times I’ve been by I’ve received a wrong order. Recently, I made an order ahead of time and when I picked it up it was the wrong item. When I told the employee who brought it out, the said it was the correct one according to her ticket. When I double checked my order online, it was not the drink I ordered. Usually this place is great and way better than the University Avenue location!

I tried ordering on the app ahead of time but when it came time to check out it wouldn’t load. I waited for approximately 10 minutes then got frustrated so I pushed the red button and ordered that way. The food was ok, would’ve been better if the tots had salt on them. Overall I was disappointed.

Good food with quick service. I especially enjoy the tator tot’s loaded with chili, cheese, and chopped onions. The milkshakes I believe can’t be beaten, and they have just about any flavor you could want.They also take call-in orders, Which shortens up your time picking up your order. And, don’t forget the deserts they have to finish off your meal.

I like Sonic, but really dislike that I can’t order Ice or Water in the app so that I have to pay full price for my soft drink having to order when i get there, or place 2 orders. Not sure if this is just certain locations, but take it off the app if we can’t order it, you don’t know it isn’t available until you go to check out. Very disappointing!!!

normally this sonic is awesome but today we had to split an order and our carhop decided to write a note on the back of the receipt about how venmo was a thing. this has never been an issue before (and we’ve had to to a split more than 3 people before).

We ordered on the app tonight, the girl came to bring us our food and read our order back to us and it was correct to a T , and she was really polite so no hate to her. We get home and the “large honey bbq jumbo popcorn chicken” we ordered was just the crumbs from the bottom of the fry basket- all breading and no chicken and only half covered in the sauce . And the “medium cheddar peppers” was completely missing. The service was nice, but our order was completely wrong and the food was no good.
