While visiting last Sunday, Apr 30th we stopped to order some food after driving 1 1/2 hrs to Clarksdale, Ms. We pushed the Red Button twice, no one answered just the normal be with you in a moment which turned into 5 or more minutes. Someone pulled up beside us & their order was taken immediately. We were told by the residents this is a bottom stop not worth patronizing, agreed. Either they need people who wants to work &/or better management, maybe both. A job is for working not playing & talking while customers wait a long time. If you don’t like working with the public, find another job. We never got to order & left. We shared our experience with the residents.

Guys….the food is your basic sonic food… but the service tho!! I didnt have to ask for these things but they put a coupon on it, they gave me ketchup, napkins, and jelly!! I’m so used to having to ask for these things when they bring your food out at the one in Cleveland, MS. The carhop was so chipper. 10/10 for the morning crew here!!

the Clarksdale Sonic is the worst Sonic I have ever visited. After 20 minutes of waiting got fries that were cold, that I am almost certain were the returned fries from the car next to me that sent them back. When I say cold, I dont mean not warm, I mean improperly cooked, cold and left out. The “server” was so worried about a tip she just snatched my money and took off without saying a single word. I started the sentence “Thank you, you can keep..” and she was already half way back, turned to look at me and said “huh?”, and I said “well, I was saying you can keep the change, but you made it apparent you were going to anyway”. I was not offered any condiments or an opportunity to check what I was given.

I give sonic in Clarksdale a 2 star because I had pressed the red button 3or4 times nobody responded girl with headset on sitting on the table the male server standing talking her after almost 30 minutes she comes outside to a male just had drove up walked pass my car like it was invisible. This happens a lot it wasn’t ok me and other car there time I was trying to place me order sonic use to be the place to eat but the food is horrible those kids is killing Marks business the ONLY THING I GO TO SONIC FOR IS THEIR CRUSHED ICE , STRAWBERRY CAKE SHAKE WITH GRAM CRACKERS CRUMBLES ON TOP OR A DRINK PERIODDD……… I HATE GOING THERE NOW SERIOUSLY I LOVE THEIR CRUSHED ICE MORE THAN ANYTHING I BUY 2TO 3 ROUTE 44 CUPS OF IT OTHER THAN THAT

I came at 9:45 on a Friday night. Just ordered a large sweet tea and an extra cup of ice. I finally got what I ordered at 10:06. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the carhop, Jay, was super nice. If I could rate him I would give him a 5.

Servers are so young, they don’t have any hustle in them. They NEVER mix the Sonic Blasts. They just put the cookies on the bottom of the cup, pour ice cream on top of that, then sprinkle cookies on the top. There’s no mixing involved at all. No matter how many times I request them to mix it, they still don’t mix it. I’ve just stopped ordering it from this location.
