There isn’t anything that couldn’t have gone wrong with an order or experience at this location that hasn’t. It seems to be staffed by people that want a job but don’t want to work. There’s no pride in their work or workplace. I’ve given feedback to management more than once and received no response. I don’t dine there anymore.

I went yesterday and it’s swarming with wasps, they said their system was down and they can Only Take Cash ! What they Were Not Telling their Customers is You Will Not Get Your Loose Change Back! I was told they couldn’t find any! I waited as a reviewer 6 minutes for 3 ketchup packets! Seriously?! I Do Not Recommend I did not get what I ordered as an extra! Smh it’s terrible

Usually Sonic is a great place to eat but not here. This specific Sonic had terrible service. We waited for 45 min after pushing the button and the car next to us, who was waiting before us, just got a person to start taking there order. We watched a worker walk by the cars with their cigarette lit and stunk up the whole area, with their headset on, which can make one assume they were the one taking orders. We ended up just leaving on not even trying to eat at this location. Not worth our time and the representation of the facility made me feel like we would never get our food and probably no care would be taken for our food either.

Nothing like it used to be. Food quality is poor. Service is slowly improving. Parking lot is like a small edition of the grand canyon. Hoping it gets better. Not to mention the tasty lettuce on my burger that looked like a brown curled up snail or worm or something.

The Sonic at this location is less than mediocre in almost every aspect possible. It is supposed to be a drive in “fast food” restaurant that not only has a robust menu with reasonable prices, and offers a slightly more intimate encounter with your server (AKA Car Hop), but also to limit the wait time as they have multiple crew members to run efficiently. This location has recently changed owner’s, and I believe they are struggling to hire employees that care about their jobs there. They frequently have problems with their system, and ate usually running out if alot if things. Guaranteed to have atleast at -15 minute wait on average, and that is if they don’t forget about you entirely.

All I ask for was a cone for my grand daughter. The only cones they had were chocolate waffle cones. Shes 4. Ask for it in a cup. No cups but could sell me a sundae without any toppings which cost twice as much as a cone. So I went to McDonald’s. Like I will from now on.

I don’t know how they make the food so fast but it is impressive! I wish the stalls had a little more room for the truck but we manage. The service was friendly and attentive. Our order was accurate and tasted as we have come to expect from Sonic. The area around the restaurant was clean with room to navigate. Great job but the managers of this Sonic keeping the staff motivated and on point!
