Words of advice if you visit the hwy 72 location: if you order more than one meal, check your bag and do NOT believe the person handing you the food. They just read the receipt and don’t even know what is actually in the bag. If paying with cash, use exact change only, unless you want to give a tip willingly or unwillingly. They will ditch you so fast and hide that they will take all change!

Went to Sonic on US 72 in Collierville last night after ordering on the Sonic app 2 hotdogs and a medium order of mozzarella sticks. Got the order. When I got home I was missing the mozzarella sticks. Called the restaurant and thy said yes they had made a mistake. The order was in two bags they gave me one. I asked if they would credit back the payment to the payment method I used. They said they would like to but couldn’t. I would need to call corporate to get the refund.
