Ordered large tots with cheese but I assume you only get cheese on 3 tots and the side of the carton instead over all the tots. Also my breakfast burrito was poorly made and even had a whole tomato on it instead of being diced. This place is NOT what it used to be. Need to change management again. Food was not even fresh at all and the car hop lady was rude. I’d highly suggest going else where. Won’t be back

The other one in town is better. Pulled into lot and immediately saw at least 10 of the stalls were blocked off. Pulled into one of the open stalls and the menu board wasn’t working, so we couldn’t order. They forgot one piece of the order and we had to wait for it. Ordered an Oreo blast and got the correct size cup, but it was only halfway filled. Love Sonic in general, but won’t go back to this one. Save your money and go to the Pal’s that is 200 feet further down the street, or to the other Sonic in Morristown.

This Sonic is probably the worst restaurant in Morristown. You can’t even go through the drive thru without being told to wait (even if there are no other cars) and sit there for almost 6 or 7 minutes without being able to order. I understand it happens from time to time for unknown reasons but after the 3rd time. I’m done. Do better. Hire more people if that’s the case or fire the ones that are making you all look bad.

If I could give zero stars, I would have. Ordered one milkshake and waited for 25 minutes and it never came. Pushed the button again and they first tried to take another order and then said it would be out in a second. It never came out.

1 of the worst Sonic experiences I’ve had. THE worst I’ve had in the past 15 yrs. I drive across town to go to this 1 (I live much closer to the other location) because it’s typically faster & the food had been better in the past. I guess time changes everything…most definitely in this circumstance. Lesson learned.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but this is kinda ridiculous. When did chicken tenders become nuggets? I’m paying 8 something for this meal and literally got pieces of chicken smaller than chicken nuggets. Also, no one cared to mention that they were out of onion rings and just let me leave with nothing substituted. I go back and they say that they gave me extra chicken tenders instead. The extra chicken tenders were literally like the crispy piece on the chicken tender ripped off. I also asked for barbecue for my chicken and got nothing but charged a dollar for it. Literally charged a dollar for a pack of barbecue with chicken tenders? Why?? I didn’t even get the sauce with my food, I had to go back for that too. And why ask if I’d like sauce if your gonna charge me. Also sat in the the drivethru for several minutes with no response after at the drive up they told me to go to the drivethru and there was no one in front or behind me. Kinda fed up!

We got mostly drinks. But we did get two Fritos burritos, one corn dog, and one Ultimate Meat and cheese breakfast burrito. The other items were fine, but the breakfast burrito must have had a quail egg in it. The egg was practically non-existent along with the sauce that is supposed to come on it. I’ve had these at numerous Sonics throughout the years. This may have been the worst one I have had. The car hop was friendly and did a good job.

Don’t show up at 9:40pm looking for ice cream! They close at 11pm according to the internet, but their machines are down for cleaning before 10. Ridiculous. Also I stopped for breakfast there the other morning. A VW car was parked outside, but no one answered the drive thru, the window, or the door even though they were allegedly open. Bypass this one.
