Will never recommend! Work next door and haven’t been in quite a while. I now remember why. Ordered 4 items, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a large tot & a large onion ring. Waited quite a while and finally had someone come to the car asking what I ordered. I repeated order and was told they had the order with large fries instead of tots. I said fine. Received order with a double bacon cheeseburger a large fries and large onion ring. Hard to say good job only got three of four items and two of them were wrong. I will never go back and definitely never refer anyone else. I gave a good tip as I always do seeing it was not the waitresses fault. Surprised if they make any money in tips unless people feel sorry for them as I did. Stay away! Product tastes fine but can get fries and a burger anywhere just as good and not have to tip to have the wrong product brought to your car. I’m really hoping this gets seen by corporate more than customers but both should!!!

Sonic addict here. This is by far the best team and most well-kept up location I’ve visited. They have frequent changes in management and are usually short-staffed, so you may have to wait a sec, but literally every carhop is a jewel. Barbara and Ali and Brittney are literal angels that light up any day!

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Service was reasonably quick. They were out of banana shakes so I got chocolate. Not a huge issue but I was looking forward to banana. They forgot to bring the cherry-limeades out. That was the second visit where I had to send them back in to get my drinks.

Following directions? Push button to order multiple times for 8 minutes. The customer beside me performed the same. After a 10min wait an employee approached both cars, asked if we had ordered, this was repeated by 4 different employees over 5 minutes of time with no explanation. Each time with a blunt statement and walked away. The customer next to me received a I will be right with you on the speaker, but never a response again. They never offered and drove away after waiting longer than I had? Only 4 vehicles on the property (not busy) 2pm. Obviously they were well staffed due to 4 different employees approaching the vehicle to bluntly asked if an order was made yet. Replied each time no I would like to order if someone was available to take an order? No employees replied just walked away? This place should get a (0). I don’t understand how it stays in business. I would not suggest anyone bother to stop at this Sonic location Hwy70s Bellevue, Tn. It’s a shame it’s this way because you can go 1block away to a supposedly inferior restaurant and get normal food service.

We ordered food on the app, but we were sitting in the stall already. We got our food and the fries and tots were so cold and gross! I gave 3 stars because they gave us fresh and hot fries and tots to make up for it, with a smile and a sincere apology.

Worst service ever. The workers had no sense of urgency. We ordered just two slushies and we waited over 30 minutes and still did not receive our order. The teenagers that carry the food out have no idea which stall to go to. I witnessed over 7 people going to the front doors complaining over food and the wait time. THIS IS THE WORST SONIC a person can go to!

Unprofessional. Ordered 1 drink and 3 slushes in the app. Arrived for order. Young lady comes out with 1 drink and informs me something is wrong with their slush mix and u can get a refund or order something else. The kids wanted the slush so I requested refund and was told she would be right back with my receipt. Fifteen minutes later we are still waiting. We pushed the red button 10 minutes later still flashing. I get out and go to building. I stand there and get ignored so I knocked on the glass, she bolts to the back. She returns and slightly opens the door and says someone is processing my refund it will be a few more minutes and she will bring receipt to me. I return to my car, 7 minutes pass and nothing. I pull up my bank on my phone and see the refund of my money so we left.

You can’t really say much for “atmosphere” for a Sonic. It wasn’t very busy when I stopped in here, and good thing because I only saw 1 car hop delivering food to customers. The trash cans didn’t appear to be overflowing. My food order was right.

Ordered an Oreo blast, (this has happened several times now), and it’s not even an Oreo blast, it’s just ice cream with oreos dumped on top, they don’t even bother to blend the oreos in like they’re supposed to and when I asked for them to redo it, VERY POLITELY might I add, they were very rude back to me for absolutely no reason.

Management seems to be a little forward, borderline rude. Employees seem stressed, over worked and under staffed. Manager was female woman who was very rude to my wife on Aug. 16th @ 3:30pm. Wouldn’t give name. We called corporate office and they made it right for us. Will never return to this location. Very unprofessional. 2 out of 10 experience.
