I asked for a breakfast burrito in a tray instead of tortilla. Still received it in a tortilla on top of an over 10 minute wait as usual. Staff was friendly but absolutely did not do as requested. $7 for a burrito, okay, but $7 for a burrito that all was needed was to throw it in a tray, no.

We stopped at this location this morning to get breakfast. We had a relatively small order. We ended up ordering thru the app so that we could get the promotion on drinks. We waited at the ordering stall for over 20 minutes before pressing the button for service. With no response after 5-10 minutes we pulled up to the drive thru. Still no answer. At this point we were frustrated already because we had spent 30 minutes waiting for our order to be completed with ZERO communication. We pulled up to the window and were rudley greeted by the manager. He explained that they were not open and needed to cancel the order we had already been waiting 30 minutes on! What’s most frustrating is that we waited in a stall, got zero explanation AND had terrible service. Complete waste of time. Do not go to this location.
