Sonic, as well as any restaurant establishment, needs to understand that presentation matters. It does not benefit the brand to advertise an awesome product and present lackluster goods. This was my second experience at this Sonic regarding this basic retail principle and there will NOT be a third attempt.

Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I ordered popcorn chicken and a fry. Upon getting my order I quickly realized my food was old. Popcorn chicken so hard couldn’t even bite into it. Fries cold. I let them know about my order and the girl on the speaker questioned me about the old food. She didn’t want to replace it but eventually said she would. I sat there for 30 minutes and waited on my replacement food. After not receiving my food in a timely manner, I hit the call button. No one would respond to the call or anything. After 30 minutes I sat there and waited for nothing. I never received a replacement order or anything. Wasted my time and money! Horrible business! Horrible customer service!

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the order is fine, but most of the time there’s something wrong, even if they’re not busy. It’s not stuff to make it completely inedible, but it’s stuff that’s annoying like burnt burgers, wrong toppings, or no flavoring in your slushie. The food is too expensive to be getting it wrong so often.

I’m only giving two stars for service because they at least have us a coupon for having to wait for so long. We ordered sonic blast treats for kids and they tasted like cigarettes and the Oreo blast had no Oreos in it.. I didn’t even bother driving back to get a replacement, I just went to another location. Although the staff was friendly, the food and service time were lacking.

Came here placed two orders and first friend order claimed after eating his food complained about his order they came got his food took it in and brought it out saying they couldn’t fix it cuz he ate it fine tho he was upset about it and trashed it. I get my order with receipt it’s wrong you not only got attitude and said you wouldn’t replace it I never touched my food and I got told they wouldn’t fix it asked for management Devin comes out and tells me not to come back when this is the second order not the first not cool with me when you not getting the orders right or being professional. Whoever is over this store needs to get their employees and management under control and cleaned up trashy always take too long and very bad service been writing this over five minutes food still hasn’t arrived

First of all, I do not have high expectations in todays fast food industry… however, I do expect to be spoken to with respect as I speak to you with respect. We ordered 1 chocolate shake and 1 diet vanilla coke. We were the only car in a stall on our side of the building. A car came in, was served, and left. Another car came in, was served and left. I pressed the red button, “I just want to check on our order”…. the aggravated voice on the speaker – What did you order? We only have one person bringing out orders!! We have several orders for milkshakes right now!! To which I replied, “I see two cars on the other side, I am the only car on my side, so let me make this easier on you — we can cancel our order and be on our way.” No response….. my true thought was they lost our order… which would have been fine if that had been communicated. So if you are a fast food owner — PLEASE put adults in place to manage your businesses.

So, we’ve come here several times and the wait is always insane. Today, they got our drink wrong the first time we ordered it, which is totally fine ! Mistakes happen. We asked them to remake it (it was an ocean water with real cherries because I LOVE maraschino cherries) and this is what they brought out. No cherries at the top or in the bottom of the cup—just a stem. The girl that came and got the incorrect drink was super rude and snatched it out of my fiancées hand. She definitely did this to be rude because she didn’t want to remake the drink and I just feel like that wasn’t a kind thing to do. She was a young girl with blonde hair, I wish I had gotten her name. Working customer service isn’t for everyone, and she is a perfect example of who shouldn’t have a job like that.

Order a kids meal for my 4 year old great grandson and when we got home to eat no toy in meal I had one very upset little guy he was so excited about getting a hot wheel car I call and was told sorry guess we forgot it almost 9 dollars for a kids meal and they forget the best part for a child

I ordered at this location through the app and it showed that I couldn’t pick up my order. The lady was very rude and diden’t listen. Will never be coming back to this location. Second time that I have paid, my order hasn’t gone through and Haven’t gotten a refund.
