Food is decent but I’d mostly suggest going elsewhere unless your wanting a slushi or something dessert oriented. Then it’s nice to be able to eat a meal making it more accommodating. The service is fair but nothing special, it’s more hit or miss on the service. You could be waiting a few minutes or a half hour. Never know which one you’ll get. The place seems decently clean aside form the bathrooms needing a better cleaning at times. Overall I’d say it’s decent for sweets and a snack, but I would look elsewhere if your looking for a good lunch or dinner.

The food was prepared quickly and correctly. It seemed fresher than some other locations. The App ordering was easy, once we did the mandatory update, but it didn’t show pricing or pics like the previous app version?? The service was friendly. The area of stalls and outdoor tables were clean and free of trash.

We had just picked up a friend from Canada at the airport that has never been to the states figured this would be a great place to go as his first experience. He enjoyed it, couldn’t believe the size of the drinks and loved the tea.

Went through the drive thru on A Sunday morning around 10:45. Literally no one was there ordering food. Place 3 orders and all 3 were wrong and one of the orders was just a large onion ring and they gave a small fry. Really!

RIP my cup holder. This sonic is the worst. Daisy King walked to her car with another man while working and we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. An African American man asked her if someone was working and she started yelling at him and said “there’s other people working!” He pulled to the window and she opened the window and yelled at him again. This sonic has zero customer service skills and it’s sad to see a young lady causing so much commotion over something so small. The picture is an actual sonic blast that was given to me from this sonic. I had to ask for napkins. Once I got home, I took a picture because of how ridiculous this is.
