First, let me say my carhop was awesome!! Very friendly and polite, she did great! On the other hand the gentleman who took my order in the stall was not. Very short, I’ll tone, like I was a bother. I get we all have bad days, but being in that industry you have to do better. Also my half n half sweet tea tasted horrible.

I had a fried chicken sandwich. The tomato slice was so thin you could read through it, the lettuce was chunks of the white lettuce from the core of the head, and the chicken pattie tasted like old grease. The Carmel milkshake was good as always and the service was good.

So I went there twice. They do not have patience and ends the call even before I got done ordering so needless to say my order was incomplete. Second time I went during happy hour (close to 5 when happy hour ends). I ordered a milkshake and again they cut me off before I could change the size. Not only that but they didn’t give me the happy hour discount. I called them again and this time the guy answering the call was bilingual but English was not that strong so he asked another guy to deal with me. By this time it was 5:02 and this guy said that I can’t get the happy hour deal because it’s after 5. I told him that my first order was before 5 which got messed up and not only that but I didn’t get a discount. He said he can give me 10% discount but definitely not the happy hour discount.

Why am I so disappointed in the sonic… They’re white gravy is just water when it comes to the chicken tenders meal… the last five times that I have been there, the food is not up to standard, it kinda sucks to be honest… they aren’t frying it well, things are soggy/cold, etc etc… But you know the drinks are always good!

Would leave negative stars if I could. Worst attitude I have ever experienced, constantly getting orders wrong. All the other sonics around the area are top tier. Not sure what the issue is here. Had to get out of car to get a few salsa packets after asking twice. But see car hops on phone. Do better.
