I haven’t had issues with this Sonic until lately — they’re typically the only Sonic that gets my order right. But lately the food comes out poorly made and cold which is extremely disappointing. My toaster was just slapped together when I opened it, the bread wasn’t even toasted, barely any bacon, and the cheese wasn’t melted; on top of all of our food being cold.

It’s a fast food restaurant, everything’s fried. I usually get the bacon egg and cheese toaster sandwich. That sandwich never disappoints me. Their milkshakes are very decent for a fast food restaurant. If you’re wanting to crave that deep fried itch that you got, Sonic is a good place for it. Especially if you use their app, it makes the experience a heck of a lot faster.

I’d give no stars if possible. Visited this location 8/13/23. Placed a mobile order on the app at 4:48pm. After 10 minutes the screen showed my food was on its way. I waited a total of 30 minutes, I hit the button to ask how much longer on my order she hesitated, then said it was on its way out. I asked is it? Cause I’ve already waited so long at this point I’m ready to go home.The lady said oh you want a refund. Completely ignored my question on how long till it’s actually out. So I just said yes I want a refund. She told me the manager is working on the refund and didn’t say anything else after that I then had to hit the button again after 10 minutes to ask if I can have a receipt to show proof of a refund, a different lady I assume the manager said she still working on it. She finally comes out about five minutes after that with the receipt. She did not say sorry did not even offer to give part of the order that was ready. Just handed me the refund slip and walks away. very rude, very unprofessional, no customer service whatsoever I don’t think I will ever be back to this location. I hope someone from corporate reaches out to fix this.

The worst Sonic I have ever been to. They don’t fix your food right, they are rude. I ordered a turtle truffle shake they gave me vanilla ice cream with no toppings or anything in it so they brought out a little cup with toppings to put in myself
