I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito so where’s the meat? Highly dissatisfied, my food was hot and fresh, and services were scored based on the readiness of the order when I arrived. Foreign object in my drink that and it wasn’t fruit so what was it? Didn’t get a chance to take a picture due to me spitting it out soon as it came through the straw. Very disgusting!

Ordered online through the app and actually was 10-15 minutes late getting there. They prepared my order when I checked in there, and it was out to me nice, warm, fresh & swiftly. Food was great! Car hop was great and it was very much worth the 20% tip.

Bruh I just wanted a slushy. It’s 9 and they stopped taking orders. I went to 3 different motors and haven’t gotten a response from anyone. Whoever the manager is I just want you to know your night shift workers are shaming. Yeah I’m snitching! About 5 cars done left cause nobody helping us. I hate it here.

Despite the hours of operation stating that the location closes at 12:00 AM, the location appears to close at approximately 45 – 30 minutes prior to this time. Myself and other potential customers were denied service due to staff stating that the location was closed, which ultimately results in a loss of revenue for this location. It would be great if they would update their hours of operation to reflect actual closing time. I wasted time and gas driving here.

I believe in 2nd chances but this location, whether it’s through the app or at the drive in they always…and I’m not exaggerating when I say this…always get my order wrong. I’ve also experienced really rude order takers. I wanted to use the app because I had a large order, but at that moment they weren’t accepting orders placed through the app. The order taker was just rude for no reason, kept rushing me and cutting me off. Even though I told him repeatedly that it’s a large order, and asked him to give me a moment as I stated what all I needed, he kept being rude. Today was my last straw! Sloppy food, constantly having missing items and that rude order taker… NEVER AGAIN!

I just ordered a cheese burger and jalapeño poppers. I tried the poppers and they taste BAD I don’t know what oil they are using! I thought the burger would taste better but only from the smell you don’t want to eat it I took a bite and took it out of my mouth instantly. It tasted and smelled so gross like an old fish. Never get food from there might get poisoned you never know what ingredients they are using. So my total order was in the trash!!!

Food wasn’t too terrible the service though let’s say the lady taken care of our order was speaking to us like we was her kids at a barbeque and we have done stressed her to the max. By that I mean she was really pushy not giving us time to finish talking before she would reply ” Ok Anything Else ” We ended up ordering stuff that we honestly didn’t want because we was being pushy to finish our order. We just really felt that this ordeal could have went different if we had breathing room to speak!! We ended up giving the entire order to the homeless man right there at the street beside Walmart I am sure him and his dog enjoyed it guess it wasn’t a complete loss!!!! I really don’t know what’s happened to the Sonic franchise as a whole it use to be really really good but over the past few years it’s literally gone downhill fast!!

One of the nastiest, rudest sonics on earth not only do the employees ignore you and make you wait long long LOOOONGGG wait times for food but there’s no sense of urgency. If They don’t care about the costumers what makes you think they care about the food they making yall. No masks no gloves and horrible workers and when I did get my food it was raw. When I went back to show them this tall black kid with red hair said I brought it from home and accused me of lying I asked for a manager and waited for over 30 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!! No one ever came and I now i have foood poisoning
