This sonic is incredible slow. Stalls are always broken and can never get anyone to actually speak to you. The owner needs to put money back into the business. I’ve ordered ahead with the app a couple times thinking that would help… still have to wait about 20/30 minutes to get the food. I’m sure the only reason this place is still running is because it’s so close to the hospitals and downtown. It’s seems the employees are doing everything they can to serve.

Upon driving up & buzzing in, I was told to wait 2 minutes and buzz back in, I did. This cashier would not answer the buzzer until about 3 minutes later. This is the worst fast food restaurant in Mobile. Took my debit card & I actually had to blow the horn to get her attention. Then she had an attitude

If I could give 0 stars I would! The absolute worst sonic location I have ever been to! Every time I come here there is a problem with my order and I am met with rude attitudes from the employees and managers. Yesterday I went to get two drinks and mozerells sticks. The girl came to the car without the mozzarella sticks claiming that they were “still cooking” and then proceeds to hand us a half full drink with no ice and syrup all running down the cup and a strawberry limeade that looked like plain sprite with no strawberry’s. When I asked if she could put more ice and fix the limeade we were met with more attitude. She goes back inside fills up the cup without putting ice in it still and brings the “sprite” to the car again along with the mozzarella sticks. At that point I didn’t want the drinks because this was still not what I wanted. When I asked to just pay for the mozzarella sticks the girl goes back inside with the drinks and a guy comes back to say “give them back” referring to the mozzarella sticks. I didn’t know you were able to give back food as I already had the food in my possession and I was willing to pay for it. Never had one good experience here and this is one of many times I have had rude and careless service.

I pulled up and waited 30+ minutes after I pressed the call button. No one took my order. I got the manager’s attention who personally took my order after informing me that the stalls aren’t working. I listened to some one talking through the speaker that should have been taking the order. The waitress brought me the food and wanted to make sure I paid for it. I had to show her my Cash App purchases to get my food. It was a terrible experience.

I ordered a wacky pack for my grandson. The fries were great however the hamburger was awful. The baby wouldn’t even eat it. He was so disappointed an he was still hungry .I had to throw that burger away.

We had good food from there, but when we went the poor worker seemed to be one of only a couple people there. They seemed very harassed and tired, and really needed more help. Do better for your employees.

If this Sonic was not the closes one to me and I did not like Icecream and Mozarella stick, I definitely would not go here. It took 30 minutes JUST TO TAKE AN ORDER. The only reason, I stayed was because I used the app that they encourage you to get so much. Instead of listening to me, they just kept telling me to wait for 5 minutes and hanging up. There are not enough workers here. The building outside smells like rotten milk. One thing that you do not know until you get here and already paid is that the icecream machine is out of order. So you may have already paid and they do not even have the one thing you asked for. Half of the stalls are out of order. 1 time the icecream was spoiled. On my most recent visit, I ordered mozarella sticks, and from all the waiting time, by the time they got to me, they were stiff and not oozy, and the slushie was watered down with very little ice.

2stars only because the 2 employees working this afternoon looked overworked and miserable and I felt bad for them. Half the speakers didn’t work. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for the dude to answer us after pushing the button. When he finally decided to take our order we placed it and his response was ‘Well first of all we don’t even have tea made’. All he had to say was they were out of tea, which was understandable. The well first of all was unnecessary. So we left with nothing

This sonic is always busy no matter what time you go. The crew here are polite! They speak to you and ask what you like to order. I know they are supposed to do suggestive selling; they do a good job.
