Went to the drive through. Noone responded. Went to a parking spot. The rude lady told me I needed to move to the other side. When I moved I pushed the button to order. The manager was walking by. I explained to him about her. He took my order for 2 blast. When it came I paid and left. The blast was just ice cream and the mix. Not mixed together. This is the second time they did not mix or make it correct. A few days ago I ordered 2 shakes. Again the ingredients were not mixed up with the ice-cream. The manager needs to retain his people. Very piss poor service.

A few of the workers I came across were full of energy and caring. I don’t have any problems with them. However, I ordered a milkshake one night and when I got to my house only 5m away it tasted weird. I smelt it and it smelled sour… I’m most likely never going there again after that…

Got here at 12:24am knowing they close at 1:00am took a few minutes to look at the menu then pressed the button to order no one came to the car to take my order then had to knock on the window for about 10 more minutes the the night manager finally opened the door but had an attitude about it and said what do you want then I was finally able to order I was so upset that it took almost half an hour for them to take my order and get it to me before they closed. The upside is that the person that took my order he was really nice and sweet and took care of my order.

Waited in line to order and no one ever acknowledged us when it was our turn. We waited a few minutes and even tried to get their attention to no avail. We pulled directly up to the window and still couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge us. This was at like 4pm. So we left.
