Entire order had something wrong and the store is filthy! Tots were obviously old and had disgusting grease in the container! Ordered diet cherry limeade and it was NOT DIET! No condiments or napkins and cups filled to brim with ice! Will now ever go to this Sonic again!

Worst sonic in the world. Ordered food with onions. Get home the food had no onions. Went back up there and the “assistant manager” claimed he couldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t make us the sandwiches again. Told us we couldn’t get a refund. Told us the food is edible and shut the window door in our face. Called cooperate and said they’d have the manager call us. Manager called us and told us cooperate can’t do anything to him. Asked us what we wanted him to do and said he needed to learn to be a manager and make his associates make the food correctly and be nicer instead of shutting the window in our face. He told us to be better customers and hung up on us!

Have gone to the Sonic on US 19 consistently for over a year and have not had any issues with my orders. The staff is friendly. The only downside is there is sometimes a wait to order because the staff is short at times.

Service always takes long and that’s through drive through or drive up. And not the best customer service. The speaker box for the drive through barely works, I put my order in and i still got asked for my order when I pulled up at the window to pay. All I wanted was a Oreo milkshake and that took a good 20 minutes. Also wasn’t a milkshake just vanilla ice cream with some Oreos sprinkled at the top, couldn’t even drink from a straw.

I ordered ahead on the app. My order then synced onto the drive in digital screen. It has a progress tracker and showed that my order was made and on it’s way out. 15 minutes later, I still haven’t gotten my order. However other people around me have and left. Including someone who had arrived after my order was placed. My order was only a large slush. I pressed the button and the lady did genuinely apologize and upgraded my order to the largest size, the 44 something which is huge but for a free upgrade. I’m not a fan of the location. Other than slow service, it feels cramped and in need of a remodel, including resurfacing the damaged concrete that’s full of multiple pot holes. Also removing or trimming down the overgrown magnolia trees.

I just had a horrible experience with this location. I ordered a grilled chicken combo with tater tots. Along with a diet cherry limeade. The chicken sandwich was rotten. It tasted rotten. I took a bite and had to spit it out, the tots were so overcooked and had a bitter aftertaste like the fry oil was bad or something. And the drink was horrible. Way to much flavoring,, I had to pour some out and add water. Anyway, I called the store to let the manager know about the type of food that I was given. His name was Trey or something like that. I told him what happened and he did offer to make my food over. I told him that I was not interested in coming back there to get more bad food. He said to me “Then why did you call then!! I don’t know what you want me to do! Needless to say he ended up hanging up on me multiple times when I was just trying to tell the manager about the food that was being served at that location. He didn’t care, told me he was too busy to talk about it. Needless to say I will never visit that location again. That is not how you deal with customers. I would think he would want to know that i got bad food. And I did contact sonic and put a complaint in against the food and the manager.

I ordered on the app. I checked in and can see my order was being prepared, next the screen says Tree is on the way with my order. 5min went by never got my food and the screen zeroed out. Soon as I pushed the button someone instantly says drive thru only I tried explaining that I ordered on the app and the screen just said someone is on the way. She was so rude… I sat there all that time waiting on my order for her to tell me the drive thru only, at least have a sign or something. She was so rude. The customer service ruined my appetite. I just don’t understand, why come to work angry and with an attitude you ruin other peoples day. Zero stars!!! Just sad.

Use to be really good, but the last 2 times I was there, my sonic blast was very sour smelling and warm. It was completely melted by the time I got home, which was 5 mins away. Needless to say I didn’t eat anyone of them, but I gave a 2nd chance and it was the same thing. One guy on skates trying to run the place by himself. He’s really cool though, but this place needs help very badly
