Me and my husband came to sonic around 10:30 PM and I got a super sonic burrito. Well when I received it and got home, opened my wrap that my burrito was wrapped in and there was sausage hanging out of my burrito almost everything in my burrito was out. I had to put everything back in my burrito except the cheese and the eggs and also I thought tator tots came on this burrito. Every time I’ve gotten this burrito it has been pretty big but not the last two times I have went! I am very disappointed sonic used to be my go to beat fast food! but not anymore everything has gotten sloppy!!

This Sonic is one of the last few that serve the food right. It always looks and tastes like it should. Sonic started in Oklahoma where I was born and this one has that feel to it. They also built inside seating and a better outside seating area! Occasionally they still skate!

Food was very disappointing. I ordered a chili cheese wrap and had almost no chili in the wrap. And what little chili there was had been equally distributed between the side and out of the wrap…. So when you try to grab it all you get is a hand full of chili. I have been a few times and this is about the standard. They service is great and the workers are friendly. I will be returning in hopes this issue is fixed.

My friend and I stopped at Sonic in Jesup. We pulled up to the kiosk and ordered hot dogs a foot long and regular. We waited about 15mins no one came to get money or bring food etc. I mash the red button finally the guy said he was sorry he rang us up on the drive through so no one filled our order. 20 mins later we got our hot dogs and tator tots. I pulled out of the parking lot thankful to get back on the road when my best friend tried to bite her hot dog and it was burnt black I mean I like my hot dogs kinda burnt but this was so burnt it tasted like nasty charcoal and ash it was aweful! The manager was very nice explaining she had a lot of new hires so she gave us a coin for a drink in the future .. the employees were very kind!!! The food and service was awful,!

My husband and I moved here the beginning of April & this Sonic was the first place we went to get food when we got here after our 11 hour trip in a uhaul. So we parked in one of the stalls and ordered. The food and service were absolutely excellent! We even gave the car hop a big tip to thank her for the awesome service. We have since been back twice now, but we did drive thru the 2nd and 3rd time. Both times our orders have been done wrong after being asked to pull up and wait for the food. The burger I ordered today and the burger my husband ordered last time were both ordered the way they are supposed to come per the menu, but when we get them they’re missing the onions or missing everything besides lettuce and tomato??! I get that mistakes happen but i worked for sonic when i was younger so i know they have charts to follow on how to make every sandwich sonic menus offer! So…. that means whoever keeps screwing up the sandwich and handing it out to the customers is just plain out NOT paying attention to what they’re doing! Please do better! I’m so disappointed

Ordered three route 44 drinks and a large tater tot came out with just a tater tot’s no drinks when returned with the drinks. Tater tots were cold the two route 44 diet cherry limeade‘s were undrinkable. They tasted so bad.

Absolutely ridiculous service at this place. Waited 10 minutes after pressing the button just to have the completely wrong meal. Lady who took our order didn’t re read our order and the screen did not display anything. Half the employees were standing outside doing nothing and we had to walk to the building just to get our food corrected.

After pulling up to the drive thru and seeing a camera sitting right outside my window, the worker opens the window and my car is filled with the stench of marijuana immediately. Instead of prying into my car you should pry into your workers not being high and not smoking at work.
