Was told no by Jaleah that we couldn’t get our mobile order refunded. (When another employee refunded us over a month ago when they didnt have the ice cream machine working) we had to get our order remade and it came back out the same way… poor work ethic or somthing. Go spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a sonic cheeseburger with no onions, add ketchup and mayonnaise. When I got it home I only had cheese and ketchup on the burger. The bottom half of the bun was hard and stale. The fries were cold and half full. It was 11:30 today.
