Okay so you guys replied to my post and then when I called the number the lady had no clue what I was talking about so I’m just going to put it on blast okay? The atmosphere was dirty, it was dingy half of the machines were covered in spider webs and dirt. The first three machines I went to didn’t even work or they were turned off. It took forever for them to respond to me after I press the red button. To make my order. Then when I got our food I asked the lady if she could bring us a drink tray because we had three drinks and we were in a truck didn’t allow us to have three spots to put it the drinks. It took her 20 minutes to bring me a drink tray so by the time I got home with the food to feed my kids it was all cold and nasty and Soggy. Is that what you wanted to hear I did not want to put all this out here on your review but I did.

Super fast a friendly employees at this location. Everyone is always nice. It would be great if I could order ahead on the app for this location. For some reason it said i couldn’t. Dacey, a lady in the drive thru is really nice and friendly a fast. I loooove their Oreo cheesecake shake.

Second time they sent my food through doordash without a seal on my food or drink. Shame on you please follow corporate mandate. It’s a simple task that makes everything just a little safer. In the meantime the trash can and drain really enjoyed your food and drink.

The store was pretty fast about making our shakes. But when we got there they were ALL outside hanging out, and then stared at us like they wanted us to leave when we pulled in. We ordered our shakes and they were basically responding like they weren’t listening to a word we said.

Tried to order a quarter pound double cheeseburger off the Every Day Deal menu and was told they no longer sold a quarter pound double cheeseburger however it is offered in the number two combo at twice the price. I tried to speak to the store manager but a young lady claiming to be was quite rude. I feel she did not even pass on my information to the district manager as requested. I will not be coming back to this location until there are some staff changes made. And how hard is it to put a piece of tape over a menu item no longer offered or cross it out with a sharpie?

Went there last night got a Reese’s blast and a hot fudge sundae. I waited 26 mins for my stuff. Then my blast was almost completely melted, my wife’s sundae only had ice cream, and fudge. On top of that it was running down the sides of the cup. They didn’t even put whipped cream or a cherry on it. Then when you call them ,they don’t answer the phone. Do not go here. I travel all over and this is one of the worst sonic I have been to.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I ordered a medium M&M sonic blast and paid $5.34. My daughter began to eat it and it only had a few m&m’s on the top. The rest was plain vanilla ice cream. I took it back up there and the guy at the window acted like he was going to fix it for us. He handed us another one, but as we drove off we looked at it and it had even less m&ms than before, and it was melted like it had been sitting out already. I asked for the manager and he would not come to the window. He was over in the corner cleaning the floor. This is not the first time that I’ve ordered a sonic blast with only a few m&ms, but this was the first time that I tried asking to have it remade. Avoid the Milledgeville Sonic!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We placed a mobile order, checked in, and waited. We waited 20 minutes before our order disappeared from the stall screen. We pressed the call button and immediately, the worker yelled “DRIVE THRU ONLY”. We tried to clarify that we had a concern and the worker, again, yelled “DRIVE THRU ONLY.” Once we were finally able to get a word in, the worker told us we had to get in line to get our order. There was no warning or notice of that anywhere. We could’ve spent that 20 minutes in the stall waiting in the drive thru line instead. We waited an additional 10 minutes in line without any cars moving before leaving. Absolutely ridiculous. We will not return to sonic. Waste of time and money.
