We ordered and the food came out pretty fast. When we checked the order everything was cold. 2 – corn dogs, Cheese sticks, potato tots and popcorn chicken. We told the girl that we wanted our food cooked freshly. After a short wait we got fresh food. Not food that they wanted to get rid of before closing.

I just showed up at 5 minutes till close because Sonic was the only thing open that sounded good to me and I was hurting for some food. I feel terrible pulling up and making these guys work right before closing time, but the folks that were working tonight (12/13/22) were super kind, worked quick to fulfill my order, and even apologized for it taking so long, even though it didn’t take long at all in my opinion. I just took a bite of my burger and it tastes fantastic. I apologize for the lady working the window for me coming in right at closing time because I know they want to go home, but they both assured me that I was no problem at all. Sonic, whoever was working tonight was on top of it and are good people that you need to keep. For the two folks working tonight that I don’t know the names of, thank you so much for being patient and kind with me tonight. It’s been an incredibly long day, and thanks to you two, I end today on a good note. Again, thank you.

Oil must have been used for a while because the fries, tots and chicken all had the EXACT same taste. Husband’s sandwich toast was literally so soggy it was falling apart when he tried to pick it up. Milkshakes were like water when we got them. This is exactly why we stopped going out to eat. Sometimes we just need a reminder I guess. Our hone cooked meals at home are actually tasty and take just as much time to make. It would be nice to take a break from cooking for 5 and be able to go out and enjoy a meal. If we decide to again, it will not be at a Sonic.

We went through the drive thru, and you could see the staff playing and throwing ice at each other. When we got our food, the onion rings were burnt, I ordered a hamburger, and the meat was burnt so bad on the edges that I had to remove it. My husband’s burger wasn’t as bad, but he got a chocolate shake, and they only put a drop of whip cream on it with no cherry, and the bottom half was vanilla. We spent 30 bucks on food we couldn’t even eat. The only good thing was my blue coconut slushie.

I recently visited this location and I must say I’m surprised, but not surprised about the horrible customer service I received. All I wanted was a route 44 soda and I use the app to place my order. I went to drive-through like normal to let them know that I was there to pick up my order. There were two cars in front of me it took over 10 minutes for me to even get to the drive-through order box because the other two cars had to place their orders, but the person taking orders was so slow that it took forever. After waiting over 10 minutes to even let them know I was there, I just drove up to the actual pick up window. I see a girl inside eating while making orders I ask her “what’s the deal with drive thru, why are you guys so slow”? She goes on to tell me that the reason why she’s eating is because “she’s diabetic”. I told her that before she makes anything for me she needs to wash her hand. There is no way you should be eating and making orders. Then she tells me that the reason why I drive-through is so slow it’s because she’s the only person in there that can run drive-through there’s only “one headset”, there are two employees working with her. She’s the only one trained and she cannot take drive-through orders, while helping customers that have pulled in to the carhop section. So basically we had to wait for her to talk to people at the car hop station before she could help somebody in drive-through which was absolutely insane. I told her that she needed to wash her hands, I don’t play games when it comes to my food or my beverages. She didn’t wash her hands, she actually had another team member that was working with her make my order, so needless to say anybody that went to this location on Saturday evening you probably had your meal made by someone that was eating, taking orders, touching money and touching your food!
