I’ve never had an issue with the food being good, but the service is subpar with the staff being a bit rude and short sometimes. The drive up speaker barely works, so it is nearly impossible to hear what the order taker is saying so it gets frustrating.

We order 3 shakes, two footlong coney dogs, mozzarella sticks and a burger. The footlong coney dogs were just regular hot dogs. The vanilla shake was not even a shake and tasted like it was rotten. My wife and I both almost threw up from it.

2 shakes out of 3 items were incorrect and the cheesecake shake (which we didn’t even order) tasted and smelled like rotten milk. YIKES!!! But it didn’t stop there. Food took 20 minutes to come out and we wanted to order a corn dog the first time we ordered but the lady cut us off so fast that I didn’t even get a chance to ask for one. OOF!!! Overall, it did not serve. Will not be coming back, and you don’t either. Go to the one on Dacula road❤️

Sonic is Sonic. Decent fast food at a fair price, if you’re lucky. The variable, as with all fast foods, is the people behind the window. This particular night, we hit it lucky. There was a very nice young man, a little older by fast food standards, maybe 21, who patiently took my rather lengthy order (grandkids…!), And then actually got it all right! The food (corn dog, grilled cheese, grilled chicken, cheese burgers, shakes) was fresh and properly prepared, and yes, fast! Good job Sonic, corner of Friendship and Spout Springs, Hoschton GA!

This was the first time in 5 years since I’ve been to this location. The last time I got home and found no meat on my burger. This visit We ordered two aloha slushes. They brought out two lemonade slush. Sent it back and ended up with two cherry slushes. The waiter keep saying sorry, he was new. We took the cherry slushes instead of sending them back again. Very poor service at this location. It may be hard for them to get hook workers.

As an I junkie, I find myself at Sonic frequently over the last six months. Every employee from morning til closing has been so nice! Not a rotten egg in the bunch. They always get my orders right, too! My favorite is the #19, a brioche breakfast sandwich with sausage. It is always prepared properly. No complaints. Try it and see!

We arrived just after 11 when they close at 12. We sat there for almost 30 min waiting service. The system was on and said someone was coming to help us. Someone came out and said they closed early tonight because it was just him. I saw 3 other vehicles in the parking lot and could see 2 other employees inside. They just decided they didn’t want to work. It was 6/21 @ 11:15

The young men working here will undoubtedly kill this business. I ordered drive through last night btw 8 and 9. I had not been to a Sonic in.a long time and I don’t eat much fast food so itnis a cheat/treat. The gentleman taking the orders only response was “what else”. The tone of the whole process made it appear that I was bothering him. Got up front and a younger man w died blonde hair is walking out to one of the vehicles at the drive ups and says out loud in front of 3 waiting cars, “what the f××k?” Glad no one seemed to have youngsters w them. The young lady w the dark brown hair that delivered my food was neat and polite. (she was the ray of hope) Burger was so greasy! I cook as a hobby and this was cooked in standing grease on a griddle that had not been cleaned or scraped often enough throughout the day. In a world of options, service related businesses must do better than this to thrive. Not sure if the owner or franchisee reads their reviews, but if you do, go back to your staff schedule on June 9th and find some new help…harsh, but real.

literally horrible. milkshakes were poorly made and they weren’t mixed together at all…just straight vanilla ice cream with one or two cookie pieces on top. ridiculous. we asked the employee if he mixed it right because this is not the first time this has happened…he said yeah, lied to our face and then closed the window. this restaurant has disappointed several times and now we’ve just given up. if we wanted straight vanilla ice cream, we could’ve gone to chick fil a.

This is the worst sonic ever! This post is after many disappointing orders. They ALWAYS without fail get my oder wrong no matter how many times I repeat it very kindly in hopes that they would be able to read the screen with the order they punched in correctly but somehow make it incorrect. FYI never ask for fresh French fries, you will get refried French fries. My burger today was disgusting. The lettuce was mushy like it been cooking on the burger for a few hrs. AVOID THIS SONICS IF YOU VALUE THE MONEY YOU WORK FOR!!!!
