I used to love sonic but now it’s awful. Multiple times I’ve had to wait an hour plus to get food after a mobile order. Not only is the service bad, the food is too. My milkshake was so thick I had to eat it with a spoon, my “large” chicken nuggets had 5 nuggets in it, I didn’t get the pretzel that I ordered, my mozzarella sticks didn’t come with the marinara I ordered, and I didn’t get the special sauce I payed extra for. This sonic was great when it first opened but now it’s a complete mess.

The store manager is awesome! She’s extremely kind and understanding, and quick to fix a wrong order. I’ve waited nearly an hour at this place for food. Sometimes the food is cold. Now we only go for drinks. ☹️ LONG WAIT TIME is the reason for the 3 star!

Sonic is Sonic, right?! Always enjoyed trying different milkshakes! However, where is the rest of the parking lot? Never been to a chain that small. Even on the drive thru side usually there’s room to back out of a parking space. Who has the time to back up and let a customer cut the line just to reverse their vehicle. There’s no room. Maybe that area needs to be resized. That can affect a customer’s decision on whether or not they’ll visit Sonic. The hassle of getting food.

Overall great place to get food. Their cheesesticks are one of my favorites. Suggeston the milkshakes are way too thick for those thin straws would be nice to have bigger straws. Service kinda slow. Slow on taking order. Then staff are not friendly not have a great day but here your order. Smile for once people

I arrived at 13:08:16 and didn’t leave until 13:45:00 with my order. The employee told me they were busy which I understand. However, while I was waiting in the stall, countless people were taken care of in the drive thru. No one told me they would be right with me or to be patient. I finally went to the drive thru and spoke to someone who did correct my order but told me that next time, I shouldn’t order the popcorn chicken when they are having a sale.

Ordered 6pc mozzarella sticks and a large cup of ice through app, waited about 25 minutes and finally someone brought the food to me. I had a doctors appointment and was grabbing a snack before I go and as I pull off eating the mozzarella stick it’s cold as can be and the cheese is hard. I call back and the girl says all she can do is tell me to turn around, I told her I can’t do that because I’m already going to be late to my appointment because I waited 25 minutes for cheese sticks and ice. I asked her could she maybe write my information down and I come get it later? She said no, so I told her I would call headquarters which I did and they gave me 2 free mozzarella stick coupons in my app. Headquarters fixed the problem but this sonic always has bad customer service and something is always missing from the bag. I don’t think I have ever had a good experience here honestly. It worth the 30 minute drive to go to the one in valley where your order will be correct and not served with a attitude.

Multiple visits; food has still been frozen, stale, or way over cooked. Food preppers have not been consistent with following instructions on condiments or drink requests. Look, it is fast food…I’m not expecting fine dining. I expect what I order to be cooked to the appropriate temperatures and to be fresh, not leftover from yesterday…

The food was mediocre at best, but the thing that ruined my experience was poor customer service. The server was excellent, but the lady who presumed the role of order taker had no real concept of problem resolution; her rebuttle was to purchase more. Instead of rectifying the food that was poorly made, she insinuated that I needed to repurchase my to get it redone. What a clown! This is my first time at this location, and this is not what I expected.

I’ve given it a few tries and it doesn’t seem to get any better. It seems corporate should’ve provided more training. They literally don’t work smarter, but harder. There will be orders sitting and ready, but if you’re not the car at the window, you wait. Be more efficient and the quality of food will rise as well.
