Order was completely wrong. All was burnt and tasted old. Ordered four meals only got 2 orders of fries. Ordered bbq popcorn chicken got plain with just two honey mustard sauce threw in bag. Popcorn chicken was burnt and dry. Ordered a chili hot dog and it had cheese on it so I had to scrape the cheese off of it. The burgers were both pink. Absolutely the worst service ever had at this location.

Do not go here! Or if you do make sure you check your order! These are the most incompetent people I have ever had to interact with. Every time I go there the order is wrong! They even know me there because my order is always wrong! And it’s not just wrong they will come out with the corrected order and the corrected order was still a wrong! I will never be back there. Yikes. You can’t see what’s on the screen. I waited 25 minutes for nasty crusty food. The girl who took my order took it all wrong and I was missing several items. Then the food was old, dry and disgusting. How does this place stay open? Look at other reviews even the drinks are nasty. The girl took my card and disappeared for 15 minutes. I had to walk inside to get my card back!!! I will be going to check my charges and dispute if necessary. Beware of this location!!!

This place is a joke. The funny thing is, the greater the amount of your tip when you tip the Staff using the mobile app, the worse the service. Heed the advice of the other recent reviewers and avoid this sorry excuse of a fast food restaurant.

This has to be the slowest Sonic on earth! Doesn’t matter if there are 0-1 cars in the drive thru or 10! Same speed and service!!!! They’re never ready to take your order even with no one waiting! Furthermore, no one sounds like they wanna be there.

Everytime i went to this location over the years through the drive through. My order was correct and the food was served hot and fresh, that alone make them 5 stars bc i do not know any other burger spot that I can say that about.

waited in line for 20 mins with only 1 person in front of me. that’s not the problem though. i ordered the 3 chicken tender dinner and the tenders came out dry and looking like slivers ‍♀️

2 of the employees I seen did not look groomed or ready to work. The server handed me a soda with a messy cup and my fries where slightly burnt and dry. I tried going to a area where I thought I would get good service but Sonic is sonic. It’s bad enough no one wants to work, maybe if y’all paid your employees more they would take pride in their work.
